"We arrived to Prague by train and walked to the hotel about 15 minutes. Our room was ready before the designated check-in time. The room was clean and the right size for us. At my request there were extra pillows and the queen sized bed was very comfortable. Our room had real wood furniture that was hard to open and squeaky so we didn't use them. The shower door needs some oil because it gave off a sound of a jackhammer when opening/closing it. We appreciated the hot water kettle and...

"Nice spacious rooms. Big hotel so prepare to walk a lot if you get a room that’s between two elevators. Easy to locate. Breakfast had a lot of options, even for the picky kind. Spa facilities were nice and clean. Overall a great experience "
