Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Newly renovated May 2024 new kitchen-Tiles - Bathroom - Bedroom - Massive Garden- BBQ and Ping Pong table and massive swimming pool . Only 5 minutes walk to beautiful Kamala beach . Private car space and only 1 minute walk to Big C shopping and seven eleven resturants bars and outdoor market. Very quiet place to stay but only 15 minutes drive to Patong party place. Caffe Del Mar famous Club Bar only 2 min walk and catchbeach club 10 min drive
The space
Newly renovated on May 2024 big sitting room large tv and fully equipped kitchen all 4 bedrooms are on first floor. I advice to read house rules please, and electricity it’s not included in the price, there is a 8 baht charge per unit. It’s important when you go to the beach you switch off air conditioners .

Your 4 bedroom villa private swimming pool and whole garden , other building on the left it’s neighbours house and have a separate entrance there is no interference with each other at all.
Other things to note
Electricity bill it’s separate payment and needs to be paid on check out. It’s 8 baht per unit, please switch off the air conditioners when you go to the beach or party . Cleaning can be arranged 2000 baht and it will take 2 ours so you need to leave the villa for those 2 ours period . If you stay 7 + more days free cleaning it’s provided from house free of charge, for guests who stays less than a week I advice to wash towels in the washing machine inside the villa so you have fresh towels all the time. We provide 3 towels per room total 12 fresh towels, smoking inside it’s not allowed strictly no smoking. Thank you
