For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. 4 km long narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 4.8 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 4.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, mountain railway, slopes 300 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Extra: You get a 10% discount on the daily menu in the Skistadl snack station on the valley run above the middle station.
"Luxner", 3-room apartment 45 m2, on the ground floor. Object suitable for 3 adults + 2 children. Rustic furnishings: 1 room with 1 sofabed and 1 double bed. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 180 cm). Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table, 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Oil heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Wir waren zu dritt (statt geplant zu viert) unterwegs und haben die Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss erhalten. Alles war liebevoll hergerichtet, sauber und es fehlte auch an Küchenutensilien nichts.Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Bettwäsche angenehm warm und auch die Handtücher schön weich.Unser Highlight war aber definitiv die unglaublich tolle Gastfreundschaft von Frau Luxner! Nachdem sich unser Freund am ersten Tag auf der Piste verletzt hat, wurde sich liebevoll um ihn gekümmert, wir haben neues Verbandszeug und tatkräftige Unterstützung erhalten, er wurde mit zum Arzt gebracht und es wurde sich stets nach seinem Zustand erkundigt! Ihre Tips zum Einkaufen waren auch fantastisch, wir haben selten eine so tolle Metzgerei gesehen.. Kurzum: trotz der mildernden Umstände des Unfalls verlief unser Urlaub dank ihr wunderbar, wir würden das nächste Mal gerne wieder dort verbringen!

Alles wirklich klasse, gewöhnungsbedürftig ist nur die Lage am Berg, Schneeketten sind ein Muss. Dafür Ruhe , geniales Panorama und wirklich äußerst freundliche Vermieter.

Sehr sehr liebe und nette Gastgeber. Saubere, tolle Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Für unsere Bedürfnisse mehr als ausreichend. Eine Adresse, die wir uns merken werden. 👍

Die FeWo war wirklich super. Schön gelegen, stilvoll eingerichtet und insgesamt gut ausgestattet (ein bisschen mehr Besteck, Geschirr und Schneidebretter wären noch toll). Trotz der anderen Gäste im Haus konnte man gut für sich sein. Frau Luxner war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut, nur die Küche stellte uns vor Herausforderungen. Es fehlte an einigen Utensilien, wie Schneidebrettchen , was das Kochen etwas erschwerte. Sonst war alles sauber& in Ordnung. Die Aussicht war grandios& die Vermieterin sehr freundlich...

Wir wurden überaus freundlich von der Vermieterin empfangen, die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, mit allem was man braucht ausreichend ausgestattet. Wir hatten weder eine Spülmaschine, noch einen Kaffeevollautomaten erwartet und waren sehr erfreut, beides vorzufinden (eine Filterkaffeemaschine war auch vorhanden). Die Betten waren allesamt bequem, in der Wohnküche gab es eine Schlafcouch, die Terrasse war hübsch hergerichtet, ein Grill vorhanden...Der Ausblick wunderschön. Ein Spielplatz zum Toben für kleine und große Kinder ist um die Ecke, mit Sandkasten inkl. Spielgeräte, Fußballtor, Trampolin etc. etc. Frau Luxner ist überaus hilfsbereit, gibt gerne Tipps und bietet auch einen Brötchenservice an, ist aber keineswegs aufdringlich. Wir können und werden die Ferienwohnungen Luxner nur weiterempfehlen.
