This 2,250 sq/ft home provides four bedrooms (plus a loft), three full baths, and two spacious living rooms, and sits on 5 acres. It is divided into 3 levels with the primary living space on the main floor - kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom, and deck access/front door entrance. There are four, shallow steps to the deck/front door entrance. On the lower level, guests can sprawl out in a second living room and enjoy the big screen TV equipped with Dish Satellite or get a little more exercise using the available treadmill. A loft sits above the primary living space with a semi-private sleeping area and a full-size futon. The loft also has a desk/workspace to support remote work during a stay. The acreage is mostly open meadow dotted with native, coniferous trees and bordered by heavily forested areas that provide privacy and screen the view of the few neighbors in the area. The property is level to gently sloping, is easily walkable, and provides ample, outdoor parking. Pendleton bedding is used on all beds as well!
