In a quiet neighborhood in the center of the city, 300meters from the central square and just 1km away from the beach, a spacious fully equipped apartment located in a family building, can comfortably host up to 5 people visiting our city for vacation or business. Very close to a bakery, supermarket, bust stop,taxi stop, pharmacy, cafe, bars and local restaurants. Next to a cycle-path and a pedestrian road, while there are free parking spots around the building.

The Space:
A spacious house located in a quiet central neighbourhood, 300 meters from the central square and just 1km away from the beach, decorated with style and fully equipped, can host up to 5 people. It has an ideal location that provides close walking access to all points of interest in the city.
It is composed by a nice living room with a/c, a couch (transformable in bed), a study space, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, two comfy bedrooms and a spacious fully equipped bathroom.
The house has air-condition in the living room and in one of the two bedrooms, also there are ceiling air fans.
Last but not least, the property has VDSL internet access.

Guest Access:
The visitors will have access to all the spaces and amenities of the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in the city center, next to the Court Building and Public Theater, just 300m from the central square with the shopping district, the popular cycle-route and the big pedestrian street that brings you to the Historical Center (1km) and the Venician Castle (1.5km), the big castle with the open railway and antique train museum (400m) and the popular beach of Kalamata (1km). The university is located just 1,8km away. Very close to a bakery, supermarket, bust stop, taxi stop, pharmacy, cafés, bars and local restaurants.
In the historical center (1km) you can find the most important sites as the Temple of Saints, The archaeological museum, the Benakeio and the Military Museum, The regional Pinacoteque and the Modern Greek arts Pinacoteque.
In bigger distances is worth visiting Ancient Messina (30km), the old town of Mystras (56km), the characteristic villages of Mani such as Kardamili (37km), Stoupa (40km) and the nearby fishing villages of Agios Nikolaos, Agios Dimitrios with the their beaches (Dolphins, Phoneas, Kalogria) and the caves of Diros (90km). Also the medieval castles of Koroni (51km), Methonis (58km) and Pylos (49km) with their unique beaches as well as the beaches of Finikounda (59km), Chrisi Akti (60km) and Wodokilia (56km) Gialova.
For day trips you can visit Ancient Olympia (112km) birthplace of the Olympic Games, and the Ancient Theater of Epidavros (170km) through the new freeway.

Getting Around:
Just 50m from the bus stop which will take you to all the city's attractions, the bus station (KTEL), the long beach and the city's neighborhoods.
Next to the large pedestrian street for beautiful walks from the historic center to the beach.
Close to a taxi station, an affordable means of transport for longer journeys.
Parking on the streets around the apartment is free.
Kalamata International Airport is 10km away (approximately a 10-minute drive).
