The Space:
This luxurious property is located just 40 meters from the beach in Kalamata, offering guests a truly exceptional and memorable experience. With a romantic balcony that provides stunning views of the Taygetos Mountain, it creates the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment.

In the neighbourhood, justc a breath from the property you'll find S/M, cafés, taverns, traditional shops, and municipal sports centers. The city has a large cycle path for guests to enjoy walks by the beach and downtown.
Explore the historic center (2km) with its picturesque streets, museums (Archaeological, Folk, Military, Archaeological, Benaki Museum, etc.), and the Venetian Castle (3km). Don't miss out on the traditional taverns offering local flavors.
The distance from the city's international airport is only 10km, making it easily accessible. Kalamata has plenty of large beaches, both sandy and with pebbles, that will satisfy even the most demanding visitor.
