Beautiful, bright upstairs 1 bedroom + loft and 2 bathroom unit. Window AC in

bedroom only , ceiling fans though out the unit with an extended living room

with great view of sunset. Wi-Fi, 60 inch smart TV in living room. Additional

TV in bedroom. Shower's in both bathrooms . Spacious unit, modern kitchen with

all the amenities. Comfortable King bed in master bedroom and 2 queen beds up

in the loft bedroom. Laundry center for your convenience, with all linens and

towels provided.



Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property is located on the grounds of

world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by the two beautiful

manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a

grate place to relax, rewind, restores, and a world away from the hustle and

bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to he hotel and a

lovely sheltered beach where you can swim, snorkel, and surfing. We have our

pools with lounge chairs, an out door shower, and a charcoal BBQ grill. Bring

your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the

comforts if home as you experience Aloha!

Beautiful decor

We enjoyed this condo. The decor is bright and cheery. Things we wish were there - another air-conditioner in the living area. The loft was VERY hot!!! The jacuzzi tub has rusted part in the bottom with a sign that said "Not working"; when took dishes out of the cupboards, many of them were dirty; went to use ironing board and it had dust bunnies all over it. The location was perfect! The size was perfect!

Turtle bay

Great location and resort. We enjoyed our stay. This place could really use a window air conditioner upstairs. It was really hot in the loft… Close the blinds when a new renter is coming in so they don’t walk into an oven late at night. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you

Adequate Space for 4 of us

Although there’s trade winds, it is very hot during the summer. We all considered hunkering in the one bedroom that had an air condition unit. The ceiling fans everywhere else only moved around hot air. The kitchen was fairly comprehensive although the spices cabinet was pretty sparse. The location is great and close to our favorite places to visit on the north shore. I would consider coming back only if the entire unit has air conditioning installed. My kids will insist on this requirement for all my bookings after this experience!

location was great, but there were a few hiccups.

We did not have enough fans for upstairs bathroom. The TV downstairs was broken and it took 3 days to replace it. Limited hours for non-emergency issues is a short time to communicate with managers. The location was great, clean and accessible. close to many interesting sites. We enjoyed it and would check things as soon as we arrive to ensure enough toilet paper and TV working.

Beautiful location

We had an okay stay at this property. First I never got the instructions sent to me. I had to contact the property manager for them to forward the email they sent to red awning. The jacuzzi tub was not working and we were not informed of that or compensated for that. The single air conditioner did not work. I informed them of this but they didn’t do anything about it. 3 of the 4 ceiling fans were slow which was also told to the property manager and was not worked on while there. There was plenty of amenities that made the house comfortable and we were required to get basic essentials that are expensive in Hawaii. The view of the golf course was beautiful. The space of the house was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Having two bathrooms was awesome. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Great property at great location

Everyone in my party loved the stay! The location was much more relaxing than our previous trips in downtown Honolulu. It was great quiet resort style living on a golf course with a very nice beach line just a few minutes walk away! The inside of the property was also very nice, with plenty of room for our party of 5 adults! The washer and dryer units came in handy and allowed us not to have to pack so many clothes! We would 100% stay here again!
