    If any of you are worried about the recent storm that hit Oahu’s North Shore, please do not be concerned in regard to our property.
    We are happy to share that our property has not sustained any damage at all and remains in excellent condition. Everything is fully operational, and for us it is truly business as usual.
    Hawaiʻi continues to be incredibly beautiful, and the Turtle Bay area remains a very special place to visit and enjoy. We are also pleased to share that the businesses and restaurants at The Ritz-Carlton Oʻahu, Turtle Bay are operating normally.

    Implacably maintained, built with only the best of the line in luxury, this Ocean Villa is located in arguably the best location on the North Shore and even in the world! Located at Turtle Bay Resort in the gated Ocean Villas complex. You can have the privacy of an exclusive beach front house, while having the convenience of Resort amenities, AND the security of a 5 start luxurious complex.

    Getting Around:

    Our villa is located directly on the beach in one of the most exclusive and private areas of the Ocean Villas—a privately owned luxury villa community within the Turtle Bay Resort area, home to The Ritz-Carlton Oʻahu, Turtle Bay. While all beaches in Hawaiʻi are public by law, access to this stretch of beach is primarily enjoyed by Ocean Villas owners and guests due to its secluded location.

    Just a one-minute walk away is Kuilima Cove, where Roy’s Beach House is located. This cove is known as one of the most swim-friendly beaches year-round, even when surf conditions are large elsewhere, thanks to a protective coral reef that keeps the water calm and ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing.

    Guests have free access to the private Ocean Villas beautiful swimming pool and hot tub, with the beach just steps away from that. Beaches and restaurants are open for all to enjoy. Turtle Bay Resort is located conveniently next door and has many wonderful offerings and amenities perfect for all ages (which can be booked through them for a fee). From land to sea we have horseback trail rides, tennis, golf, helicopter rides, surf lessons, snorkeling, yoga classes, lei making classes, fitness center and many others.

    We provide beach towels, beach chairs, some body boards, a cooler, and a random assortment of other beach toys for you to enjoy during your stay:)

We're a family of four, and this was a great place for us! All was as advertised. Easy to drive to get to both sides of the north shore. Would easily come back.

Nicely maintained and well-appointed villa with a view to die for. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. We enjoyed the restaurants at Turtle Bay, especially the Beach House. The pool area was lovely and chairs were always available. We look forward to returning one day:)

Beautiful condo in a great location. Loved the view from the room and relaxing on the lanai. The grounds were kept up immaculately. I would love to stay at this property again in the future.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Beyond the beauty of the view and comfortable yet sophisticated atmosphere, every need seemed to be anticipated and provided for in advance. When we needed to reach out to our host, a response was prompt and a solution was put in place immediately. We loved it all!

The location cannot be beat. It’s as secluded and serene as possible while still being so convenient to the ocean and pool. Comfy bed, great AC, quiet area, convenient parking, massive soaking tub, super clean. What more could you want? The north shore is superior to any other parts of the island. You won’t be disappointed staying here. Hope to be back soon!

The view and sound of the ocean was amazing. The villa was very comfortable filled with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The beach chairs, towels, cooler were nice to have! The turtle bay resort and beach was lovely. We highly recommend a stay here and would definitely return!

Great place, very relaxing and feels quite private with a secluded garden area overlooking the beach. Super hiking and wildlife viewing opportunities right on the property. We love the quality and choice of food options just down the road in Kahuku.
