This recently refreshed one bedroom condo is perfect for your Maui getaway. Features 777 square feet of living space and has 150 square feet lanai. The living area provides additional sleep space via the comfy pull-out sofa with extra thick gel mattress. Brand new Central Air Conditioning installed to help cool you after a sun-soaked day exploring the Valley Isle. Full sized washer and dryer make for lighter packing on your end. Full kitchen has all you will need to whip up sunset meals in-house, including newer stainless appliances with oven and bonus warming oven, microwave, dishwasher and ice maker. Plush King bed in the bedroom with bonus views of the ocean and the Island of Molokai while lying in bed. Beautiful brand new blackout drapes added to make sleeping a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Our beach experiences change from directional currents which can affect the size and appearance of our beach. South swells carry sand back to our beach, while North swells carry most of our sand south narrowing our beach. May to November there is a beautiful sandy beach just a few feet away. During the winter months the beach may be smaller due to the changing tides. At the pool and on the grassy area next to the shoreline. Sunbathe and watch the beautiful sunsets and swim on the beach. Enjoy the Exercise Room and Ping-Pong Table and shuffle board with family and friends. There are barbecue grills near the beach for you to use. In the lobby is a concierge desk that will assist you with your island activities and snorkel gear rental. There is a security guard on property.

Situated between Ka'anapali and Kapalua, The location is prime, right on the ocean in West Maui and is close to all the places you want to visit while here. It is a short walking distance to restaurants, shops, banking, a fresh Farmer's Market, gourmet coffee stores, and more! Only a short drive as are our islands best beaches, most popular luaus, Honolua Bay Marine Reserve, and some of the best surfing on the island! Four of Maui’s 14 Championship golf courses are within a few miles, including Kapalua Plantation Course which hosts the PGA Tour’s Sentry Tournament of Champions.

* AOAO will be charging a nightly parking fee of $18 per day. Guests will pay this fee directly to the front desk when they pick up their parking passes on property.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack.

The room was nice, had a good view of the ocean and the close by islands of Moloka'i and Lana'i. The condo had lots of room for 2 people. Since this condo is on the ground floor it makes it so convenient to walk down to the beach, go get coffee and quick get away to leave for beaches and activities.

Enjoyed our stay

I would give this a 4.5 star if that was available due to the noise & privacy, but we enjoyed our stay & would stay again. It was great being able to run to the car, pool and front desk as this unit is the closest to all. However, the luggage carts are right outside, so you hear everyone checking in and out. Lower units also have more noise & less privacy due to people socializing out in front. The price may be lower than others due to this. We had stayed at a higher unit before & you had a view along the coastline that you don't have with a 1st story. There was a small beach in September that was not there in December due to winter weather. It's a 2 minute walk to get to the beach nextdoor. Nice pool, BBQ, grass, lobby & lounge areas. However, this unit had less basic condiments than others I have stayed in. The management company was quick in responding to our questions & needs. The unit was clean & furniture comfortable. We only used the aircon for a cpl hours as we preferred the ocean breeze. It seemed efficient. The lock on living room screen door did not work. That should be fixed on a 1st floor unit. I like the Royal Kahana property, but the parking fees keep going up. $18 for 2024! We had the travel day from hell & didn't get to the condo until 1:30 am. No security guard or front desk person there. When I went to pay my parking the next day, they charged me for the previous day. Wasn't worth disputing. Front desk employees were friendly & helpful.

LOVED this place!

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. So clean and comfortable and so very charming. My favorite spot was the balcony, sitting and watching the whales blow and play in the distance and viewing the spectacular sights of the islands of Molokai and Lanai while enjoying my morning coffee or a late afternoon cocktail was just heavenly. I didn’t want to leave! Step out right onto the beach from condo and just a 5 min walk to a great little beach bar at (The Sands of Kahana) with great food and cocktails. The hosting property management company was very responsive and attentive to help with anything we needed, as well. Definitely the place we’re staying again if we are blessed enough to return to Maui.
