Beautiful, newly renovated (Jan 2022) studio just 30' from the ocean. The shower was just renovated Dec 2023.

Aloha and welcome to The Maui House 207! When you enter our tropical Hawaiian home you will be immediately drawn to the lanai overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. From the second-floor location your senses will be dazzled by the sights and sounds of Maui and all of the beauty you have dreamed about for your Maui vacation.

Resting just 30-feet from the ocean you will experience vibrant rainbows, spectacular sunsets, unmatched views of the islands of Moloka’i and Lana’i and the Humpback Whales playfully coming to greet you during their annual visitation (December - March).

As spectacular as the beauty is outdoors … we encourage you to come back inside, make yourself at home, and experience the comfort of our condo; designed with clean modern furnishings with Hawaiian accents and decor. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities (pots, pans, cutlery, air fryer, etc) so you can cook at home if you so choose. We also try to keep basics in the cupboards such as oils, spices, coffee, creamer, etc..

Once the warm Maui sun has set … enjoy preparing your meals in our fully-equipped kitchen, or sit back and relax with the television. Or if you prefer, mix up your favorite beverage and just relax on the lanai.

Even with all the beauty and excitement that surrounds you, at some point it will be time for sleep. Curl up in the queen size bed and let the sound of the ocean set the stage for a peaceful night’s rest. For additional space the sofa also pulls out to reveal a new & comfortable queen sleeper.

While on Maui, however you choose to spend your vacation, you will find the amenities available at our complex a good starting point.

There are a wide variety of beaches in the area to choose from. Beginning with "Secret Beach" just about 2 blocks from the condo to the beaches of Ka’anapali, Kapalua and Napili; you are a 3-minute walk to a 5-minute drive from the beaches of your choice. We are in the middle of it all. No matter what kind of beach you are looking for … from rocky tides pools to explore, to wide sandy stretches, they are all here waiting for you to explore.

We are nicely situated in Kahana between Ka’anapali and Kapalua; for dining and shopping you are a short walk to the restaurants and shops at the Kahana Gateway Center or a short drive to the world-class shopping found in Kapalua, Napili, Lahaina, and Ka’anapali.

The location of this condo was spectacular. The area was quiet and had many stores and restaurants within walking distance of which was nice. The one issue we had was the AC dis not work but it was not a big issue because you are right on the water and the breeze was plenty to keep us comfortable. The just tried to address but with the storms it was hard to get someone there to resolve. Very nice place would highly recommend.

The room was perfect for 2 of us. Communication with the owners was great. The room had everything listed, plus some. There is a tower fan for anyone looking. There are also beach chairs, pool noodles, snorkel gear, a raft to blow up, rain and beach umbrellas, and beach bags. There are also binoculars and all kinds of charging cords in a basket on the shelf. Books, games, movies, cd's, and puzzles for potential rainy days. Lots of whale watching from the lanai during the season, the sea turtles are massive and there are so many! We had an amazing time and have recommended this room to several people already!

Absolutely Amazing Condo with Exceptional Responses. From the start, I received fast and friendly responses from the owner Jaime each time I messaged her. We walked into a condo that was Cool, Clean (and smelled clean!), Very Nicely Decorated with Ocean Theme, and absolutely Gorgeous View of the Ocean and the Islands. Even from the bed you can see the ocean. The balcony is such a wonderful place to eat your meals and so is the round dining table. The place is well stocked. I also liked that she provided hand liquid soap both by the kitchen sink and bathroom sink, as I dislike bar soaps to wash hands. Everything one needs to cook is available. Although, we did pick up a lot of Togo meals, as restaurants & groceries stores & even food trucks are nearby. I also really liked the welcome binder which provided information you needed and to me, which I’ve never seen at any rentals or hotels, is instructions where to go in event of weather disasters. So very important, especially where to drive to and what to do and take. I was going to take a pic of it but forgot before we left. Wish all owners & hotels would have this. It really shows how much the owners care for the well being of their guests. Btw, the sheets were very nice, much softer than the 5 star hotel we stayed prior week, and slept better in the bed at this condo. I highly recommend this condo. We will definitely book again but next time for a much longer stay. Mahalo Nui Jaime!

Jaime was an outstanding host, providing timely and informative instructions that made us feel completely prepared for our stay. Their oceanfront condo offered absolutely stunning views and every amenity needed for a comfortable visit. From elegant decor to a spacious shower, to the cozy beds and inviting lanai, everything was thoughtfully designed. We loved watching the sunrise each morning and spotting crabs and sea turtles throughout the day- Maui truly feels like a dream! We would highly recommend Jaime and Will’s condo for anyone seeking an unforgettable experience!

Sparkling Ocean Views

This amazing studio room sits yards away from a sparkling ocean view! The sea wall ledge is a turtle feeding place making for excellent turtle sightings right from the comfort of your lanai. Great amenities, very comfortable bed, and the air conditioning works great! Very quiet location that’s close to shopping. We appreciated the excellent communication with the owner We will be back!

Didn’t want to leave! The condo has everything you need, and was so clean. Couldn’t ask for more. Hosts were so helpful. Location is stellar, close to several awesome snorkeling spots such as Honulu Bay and Slaughterhouse beach, check them out!

Private Paradise with Unmatched Ocean Views and Perfect Location!

We stayed for six days in late March and it truly exceeded all expectations, even with its stellar reputation.What sets this condo apart is not just its fun, nostalgic decor or its impeccable cleanliness. It’s the breathtaking, private ocean views from the lanai, where we watched whales breaching almost every time we stepped out and enjoyed spectacular sunsets that painted the sky each evening. This vantage point, with its panorama stretching to Moloka’i and Lana’i, offers a serene and utterly unique experience.Location-wise, this condo is a gem. Nestled away from the high winds of Kapalua and the busy resorts of Kaanapali, it offers peace while still being accessible to Maui’s top spots. Though the Road to Hana and Haleakala aren’t exactly nearby, we still visited both as day trips and closer adventures like Kaanapali Beach, Napili Bay, and the scenic drive to Nakalele Blowhole and Olivine Pools are must-dos. Tip: Catching a bus (line 29) is a breeze and saves you the parking troubles—perfect for day trips to nearby beaches like Kaanapali (our favorite).Jaime and Will provided clear instructions and everything needed for a carefree stay. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. This place felt like our own slice of paradise. We can’t wait to return and continue exploring from this perfect Maui base.

This condo has a beautiful view of the ocean. We saw whales and turtles every day! Having an assigned parking spot was awesome. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our stay on Maui.
