"Check in was good , the rooms were a bit drab , needed a good clean , few things were broken . "

"Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is under renovation and paint smell was unbearable. Road side rooms are very noisy from road traffic from 6a to midnight. Cleaning service doesn't clean only tidy ups the room and changes linens. Floor and surfaces of were not cleaned and had dust on it. "

"This is terrible hotel. It is not even 1 star hotel. Very old. Bad smell in rooms. Broken headboard in bed. Very dirty bathroom. Rooms were not clean… I had two rooms in same bad condition. No closet in the rooms. No hangers for cloths. No facility to rent taxi easily to go to airport. Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Don’t pay for it."

"Generally, this stay of 6 days became more comfortable as we asked for things that were missing. The property is very run down, and. does not match the photos on Expedia. The complimentary breakfast in the front of the menu turned out not to apply to us. Breakfast. coffee /tea pot was not enough for two people. The shower water was sometimes hot and sometimes not. Taxi drivers etc found this property difficult to locate."

"The cleanliness of my first room was questionable. A/C unit looked dated (remote didn't work properly) and the TV remote didn't work properly. Only provided one towel and I didn't find a hand towel initially and no shower room floor matt - there needs to be minimum standard providing basics. Fortunately I moved to another room on a different floor (due to pest control) where the A/C was in good state and TV worked. Rooms like my first one need attention to bring up the standards. Consider...

"This property is awful and clearly hasn’t had any maintenance or investment for a long time. The place is very dirty, full of health hazards and our entire room flooded after running the shower - the maintenance man (who I think is also the cook and the cleaner) spent almost an hour mopping up the mess. Terrifying to go in the lift as it had all sorts of cables exposed. Stay away! "

"Absolutely terrible. Don’t know why this hotel is allowed to offer Reims on Expedia. From rooms to service to food there was nothing good. There are much better options nearby at one third the price! Avoid it at all costs!"
