At the Mahana, you will experience and enjoy the tranquility of Maui. The location on Kaanapali Beach is perfect for sunbathing, snorkeling, or just relaxing at the pool. The scenic beach walk takes you to Black Rock and further down the coastline is Whaler's Village. A few miles away is the excitement of Kaanapali Resort. This unit proudly features:

• 1 BD / 1 BA (king, queen sofa sleeper)
• This condo has Air-Conditioning. There are no ceiling fans.
• Oceanfront Views from bedroom & living-room
• Fully Equipped Kitchen
• Washer/Dryer
• WIFI in the condo & around the property
• Spacious with over 800 sq.ft

To the north of the Mahana resort is a great selection of restaurants in the Honokowai area; a few favorites are Pizza Paradiso, Java Jazz, The Fish Market Maui, and a longtime local favorite Okazuya Deli which you must try during your Maui vacation. Are you a coffee lover? Bad Ass Coffee store serves up a delicious cup of Joe and also has some great souvenirs for your loved ones back home. Just next door is a Farmer's Market where you can find local produce, freshly made smoothies and homemade goods. Local produce vendors set up an outdoor market every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings for residents and visitors to enjoy. Times Super Market is situated across the lower road from the Mahana Resort is where you can load up on groceries to fill your condo refrigerator to enjoy the convenience of cooking in your vacation rental. One of the perks of vacation rentals is having a full kitchen, so you don’t have to eat out for every meal.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Maui on the Fly for baby equipment rentals – this includes baby beach toys and other beach necessities for children. For more details and information check them out on the web!

Condo was very clean, we did not use laundry service.the view was amazing! My only complaint would be the t.v. controller! we had it figured out the first couple days, but then we couldn't get it to work. Not a huge deal because we were only in the condo at night!

Amazing! I always forget to leave reviews but I could not for this one. First off if you're staying on kaanapali and don't have a large group skip Costco and Walmart, the Times grocery store has you covered for food and the prices are normal. We got to the resort late but there was someone there to help us who was very friendly. The view was so breathtaking, even at night. So much so that us night dwellers made it up early to cook breakfast and eat it with the unobstructed view on the lanai.Every morning, we saw turtles and surf lessons right outside the condo. We were there to celebrate a friends birthday who was staying at the Hyatt (which we visited and is very nice), but they were all so impressed with our condo and location that they spent every night at our condo and around our area. About the area, even if you don't have a car don't worry you have everything you need right there. The grocery store is less than a 5 min walk along with a food truck court, which is stellar. One of my favorite restaurants was Java Jazz (goat cheese bruschetta yum). If you're into night life there's Pizza Paradiso that has great food along with nightly entertainment. A walk along the beach will lead you to Dukes. A short drive will take you to Napali bay, dragons tooth, or down to whalers village...if you want a "fancy" night out check out Ulu on the water definitely the best steak I've EVER had. Side not *smokers, they have 2 places at the resort for you short walk.

Needs some updating.

1) Many areas of the ceiling has the plaster falling. Some of the areas look like a past water damage. 2) The wash machine only runs on permanent press cycle. It sounds like it is about to break down. 3). Could use an overall update.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable and clean. Very nice that beach towels were provided. Sofa bed mattress was nice. Only problem was arriving late and not having any sheets for sofa bed. We called owner and he kept insisting they were there. After 10 mins of arguing on phone, i finally convinced him that the sheets were missing. He did bring some sheets but it took a while. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

Maui relaxing

The property was very nice we totally enjoyed our stay, people were very friendly, parking was easy and available. Watching the ocean and checking out the whales from our lanai was relaxing and pleasant. Could have used two beach chairs with condo and more spoons and forks, otherwise everything was perfect.

Best Sunset Ocean View in Maui!

Mahana is our favorite property to stay at in Maui! We didn't even rent a car this time, because you can walk to everything you need, and your balcony is so welcoming, you don't have to leave your room to soak up Maui's best ocean and sunset views!

Great location and great ocean view

Our family really enjoy the stay. Initially we have some concerns on the construction on the other tower as our family are very noise senstive. It turns out there's no construction noise at all when staying inside our room or outside. We barely realize there's construction going on. Great location next to a beach park ( food trucks inside the park as well ) with beach walk leading to Ka'anapali Beach and Whalers village for shopping and dinning. Ocean views from living room as well as bedroom. The property is clean with kitchen and Vanity nicely updated. The other part of the bathroom is a little bit outdated

Stay Away! Thank goodness for a well run management company.

Owner should take this unit off VRBO immediately. No notice of construction which prevented outside patio use. Wouldn't matter anyway due to amount of dirt and dust inside and outside of unit. Drawers falling off, mold in cabinets, and more problems that indicate an owner who just doesn't care. Thank God Sullivan Property Mgmnt moved us the next day. The owner even introduced himself to apologize. Class act!

Love the Mahana!

We have stayed at the Mahana before, and the all it has to offer - location, full kitchen, private lanai, along with many other great features. Unfortunately, when we arrived with groceries for the duration of our stay, the refrigerator was not working properly. It took 2 service calls and 3 days to get it working properly. That hindrance along with the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic which shortened our stay put a damper on our vacation. Love the property, love the location.

Outdated kitchen and bathroom

Management company good to work with and unit was very clean, but the kitchen and bathroom area were beyond worn out and banged up. Tub was rusted with messy tile patch job. Appliances work but are old. Cupboards chipped. Rest of unit was fine with fairly new carpet. Would stay at that property again but not in unit 306 until the kitchen and bathroom are replaced.

Can't get much closer to the ocean!

Can't get much closer to the ocean! Fantastic location. Perfect for traveling around the neighborhood without a car - market, restaurants, beaches. 3rd floor offers an excellent view but still isolated from folks walking by. We just saw a pod of dolphins swim and leap by. Condition of the unit is slightly dated but no issues. The property grounds are excellent - fauna, pool, grills, etc. Communication with the property manager is good and consistent but somewhat confusing since there were 3 distinct ways used over the course of the stay - VRBO, email and an iOS app. This is a minor issue. Overall, we completely enjoyed our stay!
