"The room was wonderful. Very clean, modern, and spacious. Although the hotel is a little ways from the historical downtown, you can take the free bus (CAT) and get off at stop 11 and from there the hotel is less than a10 min walk. CAT made it very easy to get anywhere in town from the hotel. The only negative was the wifi was awful. It was constantly dropping and I had to reconnect multiple times each session. "

"Value for money. I travel a lot and so am very particular about cleanliness, good ambience and things working. The rooms were clean and smells new. bed sheets nice and clean, bath towels smell good, hot shower available and right temperature. Air con fresh, cool and no musky smell. "

"Beautiful room, so spacious and well furnished! It was great for lounging in during the hottest part of the day, with ample space to relax and read. The four-poster bed was a special touch. Staff are incredibly friendly and the garden, though small, is pretty too. It is located within 5-10 mins walking distance to the main area, and round the corner from The Blue Mansion (which is well worth a visit). We will definitely be returning. Two things to be aware of: they don’t have breakfast...

"We stayed for three nights and appreciated the services throughout our stay. The hotel is surrounded by food vendors of different varieties and price ranges. Great open view from the room (on the 15th floor). Easily to get Grab for transportation. Walking distance to attractions in George Town."
