Great location and property

The property is beautiful and worked well for our group of 9 adults. Everything was clean and nice and there were plenty of spaces for people to sit and visit. We communicated with the management for a couple items and they responded very quickly. I would definitely stay at this house again.

This VRBO was just as advertised. I highly recommend it. It was luxurious. We had a wonderful time staying here. Roomy, clean, exceptional. And the price was very reasonable.

It was nice, only problem was the house had some minor defects that were not mentioned in the listing. The upstairs carpet has a few stains and the dining table is very messed up. (Wood is peeling). I was not given check-in information on the day I was to check in so I had to reach out to the manager, however, she was very friendly and gave us the information right away. Overall, the stay was comfortable.

Beautiful home but needs some furniture repair

11 adults in our family enjoyed the beautiful home but were disappointed because the listing listed 2 king beds in one room and there's only one, and the hideabed in the loft/game room had springs sticking out and was unusable so an adult had to sleep on the hard floor. Some of the patio furniture (bench and chair), were broken and unusable. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Nascar LA Clash Race

The rental house was very nice, clean and roomy for my nasacar race group of 6. Having use of the two car garage was great and very must needed due the neighbors using the street parking. We did have a problem with the rental house address listing which was wrong. Half of our group used the address vrbo listing to the house and winded up 20 miles north and with the So cal traffic they were angry and frustrated when arriving to the rental. The site needs to clarify using Cache Way in lieu of Court. But we did have an enjoyable stay at the rental and would mostly stay there again.

Amazing house

The place is beautiful, in a great location. The only thing is the owner ask to park in the garage and the garage had black widow spiders. I tried to tell my kids all places in So. Cali have them...they didn't believe me.

We're going back to Cali

Former California residents, visiting friends and family. House is better and bigger then we expected. First time renting a home in Southern California with the bigger family. House was perfect. Plenty of rooms and space for the family. Area was nice, close to everything that you want and need. Entertainment, shopping, dining and grocery stores. Would definitely rent again on our next California trip. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. Hope to be back again soon.

Very Nice Stay

My family and I had a very nice weekend stay at this home. The neighborhood and surrounding area is very pleasant. We got in with no issues and the check in was easy. The host even let us purchase and check in a day earlier than we planned originally, no questions asked. Our only complaints were that the place was a little dirty (assuming because of our short-notice early check-in) with things like food stains on the counters and dirt on railings and white surfaces. I also couldn't get answers to a couple of my questions from the host. Outside of that, everything was great and we would recommend this house to others.

In Riverside area for daughter's wedding

This house suited our needs perfectly, very spacious for our large group. The good/great things: 1. Great neighborhood, nice park next door. 2. Short drive to just about any store you need. 3. Large, open concept main floor, very nice kitchen, with large pantry. 4. Oversize garage. It was great being able to park our cars in the garage and store extra stuff for the wedding. 5. Good size bedrooms, beds fairly comfortable. 6. Huge master bedroom and bathroom, very nice. 7. Larina was very easy to communicate with during our stay! 8. Great place to retreat to after a busy day(s). Things that could be improved: 1. Carpets were dirty, could use replacing or professionally cleaned. 2. Patio furniture needs replacing. Many of the pieces were broken. Patio has great potential, nice space. 3. "Grass" in backyard is artificial. I get it (water wise) but was a bit surprising. 4. Ceiling fans would be fantastic in the bedrooms (but none). We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home

We had a great time at this beautiful home. We rented it for my daughters bridal shower. It had a huge open space, kitchen/living room/dining room and was perfect for our family event. I would recommend this property to anyone with a a large family. The 5 bedrooms plus loft area gave us plenty of sleeping space for our group. And the 3 showers was a plus. Thanks for hosting us. We will be back for sure.
