☼ Beautiful Key West Style Intercoastal Home! ☼

This beautiful quaint coastal style home in the town of Tequesta is a perfect getaway. The house is located on US1 just a few miles north of county line road. The intercoastal waterway boasts beautiful clear water and is just a couple of miles north of the Jupiter Inlet and some of the best fishing in the country! The house offers 1 master and 3 guest rooms all with spacious king size beds, an open living room, covered patio, full size kitchen (all the basic cooking utensils), full size refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer, A/C, TV, WI-FI, grill, outdoor shower. Take a relaxing vacation here and hang out under the shady palm trees! The private dock allows you to bring your boat or enjoy a fishing charter from blowing rocks marine which is just a couple hundred yards down the street. Anchor up to the popular Jupiter sandbar just a mile down the intercoastal which can be a popular weekend spot. Gas station and grocery store are about 2 miles south on US1. Johnathan Dickinson state park is right across the street with many activities including hiking, kayaking, mountain biking and camping. We know you will love your stay!

This is a vacation rental and not a full service hotel, we do not provide daily services or supplies. Upon arrival the home will be stocked with consumables (paper towels, paper napkins, toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags) sufficient to last the first day or two. Should you need additional consumables during your stay you will need to purchase them.

Location, location, location!

This house is situated directly on the intercoastal with a boat dock and tons of space. We thoroughly enjoyed this trip and would definitely stay there again!

Amazing views

We rented this house for our wedding weekend and it did not disappoint. The house was super spacious to have people come by before and after the wedding and the view is incredible. The master bedroom has direct views to the water while laying in bed. Derek was super responsive and even accommodated showing us the house before renting. Our guests stayed at Jupiter waterfront inn which is walking distance. Also walking distance to some great bars. Loved our stay here.

7 adults coming for a celebration of life

Loved your beautiful house with amazing views! Saw a stunning sunrise from the living room. All the beds were so comfortable. My only suggestion to make it even more perfect would be to have some beach supplies available, like chairs, umbrella and towels. We were able to borrow from some local friends so got our toes in the sand. We loved our stay, thanks so much!

Great Stay!

Great location for boaters. Property is very safe and secure and the neighbors are friendly and helpful. Interior of home could use some cosmetic TLC but everything is functional. Driveway is tight and can be difficult to back a boat trailer in. The backyard is an awesome spot to sit and watch the boats. If you bring your boat bring some long ropes and fenders to keep it off the dock. The ICW can be busy!

Great family trip

Location was perfect for anyone bringing a boat and wanting to spend time on the water. The house had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed fishing the dock. Owners were friendly and helpful and stopped by to check on us. We had a great stay and would love to stay again.

Location and Beauty

Great location right on the Indian River Lagoon. Rented paddleboards next door and enjoyed the nearby sandbar. Saw tons of sea life right from the dock. Outdoor shower was divine. House is well stocked and clean and comfortable and the location cannot be beat. Plenty to do for the adults, the mother-in-law, two teenagers and a toddler. Make sure you go early to nearby Blowing Rocks for low tide and drive around the Inlet Colony and float around the lagoon across from Coral Cove Park. Bring masks as there are turtles, conch, fish and stingrays to see. Neighbor is friendly and property manager is communicative.

Loved it!

Great time and gathering place for family. Saw a lot of marine life off the dock — eagle ray, turtles, sheepshead fish, and manatees. Very peaceful and loved jumping off the dock. Brought our paddle boards and loved going up and down the intracoastal. Very spacious and loved the patio!!!!

Perfect house for enjoying the best of Florida

The location was perfect. Despite being on US-1, we never thought about the street noise. Green water at high tide. Deep water under the dock which made great fun for our two boys to run and jump from, and a nice relatively sandy bottom to wade into if you want. Fish were everywhere under the dock! The A/C worked great (2 different zones for bedrooms & living area). It was also really nice to be able to have a garage to park in so the car wasn’t an oven when we went out. We loved being able to make dinner in the easy, casual, well-appointed kitchen and still see the boys on the dock and the boats passing on the IC. Lastly, Derek made the stay super-easy and was available whenever we had questions pre and post arrival. We will be back soon!
