"Renhold var ikke bra. Leide 5 rom. 4 rom var dårlig renhold. Søppel bad ikke tømt, brukte øreplugger på gulv, søppel i safen, kaffe kopper ikke vasket eller manglet på rommene. Kaffe var ikke fylt opp. Det er ikke aircondition på rommet, så vi måtte ha vinduene åpne. Trafikken hørtes natt og dag. ..."
