"The room was cozy and clean. I could tell there were recently upgrades to the room like fresh paint. The bed could use a new mattress but not horrible. "Lovely motel in the heart of June Lake. Loved how there were cabins and rooms mixed on different levels. Plenty of parking and felt very welcomed on arrival. Large room with seating and walk in shower and toiletries. Very clean and great value for money."

"Kitchen sink and the refrigerator too close if switch near the window better it’s very tiny space when you cooking. Sofa bed need to upgrade it can’t let you sleep. Bathroom clean and tiny. Bed room clean and ok size for two. Easy to find and parking. Quite and nice outside relaxing area"

Our stay was just ok.
"Our stay was just ok. The people/person on the above unit were bothersome. You can hear every footsteps and at one point they were banging on their floor. cleaning supplies are a must if we’re staying for more than one night."
