Located just a stone's throw from the center of Jullouville, the beach, and shops, this private residence offers security and high-quality amenities.
You can enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool (opens on the first day of the Easter holidays and closes on the last day of the All Saints' Day holidays), the children's playground, a volleyball and pétanque court, and ping-pong tables.

Let yourself be tempted by this chalet featuring a living room with a lounge area (smart TV), a fully fitted and equipped kitchen area (oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave), a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds (80 cm), a third and final bedroom with an 80 cm bunk bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A closet with a washing machine
You can enjoy the 28 m² terrace equipped with a bioclimatic pergola and garden furniture, as well as the completely private garden.
A private parking space on the plot.

The new Domaine de l’Edune is a private and secure residence with a hundred chalets on just over 6 hectares, developed in collaboration with the French chalets “Fabre”, the site is equipped with an outdoor, covered and heated swimming pool (opens its doors on the first day of the Easter holidays and closes its doors on the last day of the All Saints’ holidays).
The site is located a few hundred meters from the center of Jullouville, its shops and its beach (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, newsagent, tobacconist, food, restaurants, bars). You can enjoy the market once a week (on Fridays), and twice a week in the summer (Tuesdays and Fridays).
If you like unspoilt landscapes, the seaside, sailing, fishing, but also the countryside, come and discover the bay of Mont Saint-Michel, the Chausey archipelago, the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey, the seaside resorts of Donville, Granville, St-Pair, Jullouville, Carolles and their fine sandy beaches. Come and stroll along the water, along the quays of the fishing and marina ports of the privateer city of Granville, take the time to lose yourself in the Upper Town and its Pointe du Roc, without forgetting to discover the villa of the couturier Christian Dior and its panoramic garden overflowing onto the sea.
Discover the rich history of Normandy and its landing beaches (1 hour 20 minutes by car from Granville), the Caen Memorial, the Cité de la Mer in Cherbourg (1 hour) or take a step into Brittany towards the ports of Cancale or the picturesque privateer city of Saint-Malo (1 hour 15 minutes).
