Located on the seafront and on the ground floor overlooking a lawn with direct beach access, 1 km from all shops, in the "Les Oyats" residence, this lovely and pleasant apartment includes a living/dining room with sea view (double sofa bed, television), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker), a bedroom with a 140cm double bed, a bathroom (shower), and a separate toilet.
