Overall, the hotel was clean. Our tv in our room didn't work. Maintenance came up and tried to fix it which we really appreciated and the man was extremely nice. He could not fix the problem but offered to get us another room. The manager came up and told us there were no rooms the same as what we ...

Lisa was very responsive and understanding when we had issues with the upstairs tenants being able to access our unit by a shared laundry room. She was quick with her responses and to refund the night where tenants were staying in the upstairs unit. The property was a great location to everything. ...
