"The place was dirty. Our showerhead in our room needed replacing the air conditioner was noisy. The couch had spots on it and stains. I didn’t know what that was about and the carpet was terrible if you moved on the bed and made a lot of noise, not staying here no more."

"This is a new addition to the Casino. Very clean and new overall, staff was friendly and efficient. Pros and Cons:
+well appointed rooms; beds are comfortable, mini fridge, coffeemaker, mirror has makeup lighting, shampoo/conditioner amenities in shower
+quiet; we were there midweek but hotel was still busy. Didn't hear anything.
+ short easy stroll to main casino building
+spa is great. We had a couples massage and it was superb.
+lots to do in Tucson; very close to San Xavier mission...

"My family loved Tanque Verde ranch! There were so many activities and my younger girls (aged 10) loved the kids program. My 12 year old son found it to be a little too “kiddie” for his taste, felt like it was geared towards young elementary aged kids. The food was great, our room was great, staff were nice, horses were amazing! Wish the food prices and menu hadn’t been changed for spring break, made our meal charges way higher for the week. "We only stayed one night, which is not long enough to enjoy this beautiful hotel. The free valet was so helpful getting our luggage to and from our room. We had an issue with a noisy swamp cooler outside our room (#17) and an engineer came immediately and resolved it. We will be back!"
