Step into your vacation home, which consists of two buildings, and immediately feel the carefree and relaxed atmosphere just a few steps from the beach. The open kitchen invites you to cook together and enjoy stimulating conversations over a cup of coffee. Use the comfortable seating in the living room to relax and watch a good family movie or immerse yourself in an exciting book. There are also plenty of opportunities for relaxation and leisure activities outside. The spacious terrace is the ideal place to enjoy the fresh air, either under cover, under the parasol or simply in the open air. Play soccer on the lawn with your children and take trips to the beach.



Your vacation home is the ideal starting point for days of bathing fun and exploring the coast, whether on foot or by bike. The nearest sandy beach is just a stone's throw away. You can also drive to the beautiful town of Vejle and visit the knowledge and adventure center or go climbing in the Gorilla Park. A short drive takes you to Jelling, where you can learn more about the ancient Danish kings and the rune stones at the local Kongernes Jelling experience center.

I would stay away from this location for several reasons until a renovation has happened:1. There was black mold in one bedroom. It was removed by the company the next day after we found it and called them, but it is still a big red flag that they didn’t discover it while cleaning. 2. The cleaning before our stay was very basic: vacuuming and some wiping, but that's it. Cleaning the windows, cleaning the cracks in the table, wiping the floor, vacuuming the rugs or the couch, removing stains from furniture, or cleaning behind furniture seemed to be too hard a task and was neglected for several months/years.Calling the dishes clean is more of a punchline than the truth. Also cleaning the dishwasher — which was definitely necessary and most likely the cause of the dirty dishes — was done by my family and not the staff. Gathering up leaves or sweeping the outside seems to be also done by the wind and not humans.3. The last renovation was apparently finished in 2021, but the tools are still scattered around the property: there were paintbrushes lying around, the garden hose was thrown in the corner, planks and rags are hanging/lying in the shack for no reason, two old bikes are standing there as well for no reason.The storage room is cluttered with old things and household items.If you want to pay a lot of money for a great location, you are definitely in the right place. In the summer, the garden can be of good use. But the conditions of the house put such a big damper
