"We visited Seattle for a family birthday and stayed in the Courtyard in Kirkland/c it was the only handicap accessible room to be found in the area. Kudos to Courtyard! Very nice. My only criticism was that the bar was not open on Sat evening. Sometimes I enjoy a nightcap at the bar. We took public transport to the Public Market and it was easy, bus stop close to hotel, inexpensive, and speedy enough to offset driving. Plus scenic. "

"It didn't look like much upon arrival, but the room was clean and quiet. Dorothea was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We told her not to worry about cleaning our room since we were only booked for two nights. The following morning, she stopped by to offer fresh towels and ask if we needed anything additional. It was a nice, personal touch. I'll definitely stay here again. The price point is perfect, and it's a short drive to downtown Seattle."

"Excellent location, Very Comfortable I will return to this boutique hotel. It’s located centrally in Kirkland with easy access to to downtown and the waterfront. Kirkland, Bellevue and just minutes to downtown Seattle make it perfect for business. It’s quiet and has all the amenities for walking, shopping and dinning in the area. "I saw some bad reviews when i booked but it was reasonable price than downtown and it turned out to be very clean..the guy in the front who helped me check in was friendly and welcoming..i will def be back and the area to me was not bad..yeah theres a bus stop and homeless people but thats everywhere even downtown!"

"The stay itself was the best part of our trip. It was super quiet besides the neighbors across the street on our second night had a loud party till about 10 which wasnt bad. It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real....
