Charming Bungalow! ENDLESS VIEWS, Hot Tub, Fire Pit!

This beautiful Airbnb is a true diamond in the desert. As you enter the property you are immersed into a rustic modern bungalow. Polished concrete floors, tasteful décor, and unique finishes - you cannot go wrong!

Relax all day in the jacuzzi, have an evening by the fire pit, grill out with friends, or spend the day exploring the beautiful scenery of Joshua Tree. With JT Haus`s incredible views, there is always a sunset to come back to. We can`t wait for you to visit!

Our newly renovated Airbnb is located only 10 minutes from the heart of Joshua Tree. Furnished with two queen beds and a full-size sleeper sofa, this spacious two bedroom can accommodate up to five guests comfortably.

This house offers beamed ceilings that give the space character, stained concreate floors, a chef’s kitchen, and a table large enough to host a dinner with friends and family. The open floor plan and tasteful backyard features were designed to encourage spending time with each other!

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, two mid-century modern accent chairs, and extra blankets that are the perfect catalyst for a cozy movie night. Our flat-screen tv is paired with Roku, which will allow you to sign into all of your various streaming subscriptions. The living room is also stocked with numerous board games, cards, and a record player for those more up-beat evenings.

Inside the kitchen, you`ll find top of the line appliances, a well as, all of the silverware, glasses, pots, pans, and plates you`ll need!

In terms of amenities, we`ve got you covered too! You`ll have access to our seven-seater jacuzzi, outdoor shower (warm months only), numerous outdoor lounging areas (hammocks, lounge chairs, etc), fire-pit, basic essentials (soap, paper towels, towels, etc), and much more!

We hope you will make memories that last a lifetime at our beautiful Joshua Tree retreat - The JT Haus!

You`ll have access to the entire home & yard.

While I won`t be available in person, I am just a short phone call away.

We are located at the very end our the street in our neighborhood which invites beautiful endless views into the desert.

You will need a vehicle as there is not public transportation near by.

- In an effort to maintain a secure premise, the home is equipped with security cameras (outdoor only, not in common areas).
- Please do not we’ll barefoot on dirt as there are cactus needles
- Our neighborhood has a mix of very nice Airbnb`s and local home`s that are not in the best condition, but this is similar to most of JT.

Amenities instructions:

String lights:
Once you walk out of the back door of the house, turn to the right and there will be a switch to turn on/off string lights. Located by outdoor closet.

Hot tub:
Settings are located on the hot tub.
You can set temperature as needed. 103 and below is recommended for the right amount of heat.
There is a jet option & light option, as well.
Click “warm” when finished.

Fire pit:
To turn on fire, first turn on the propane tank. After the propane is on, push in and turn the knob while pressing the button: this will ignite the fire.
Then you can adjust how strong you want the flame with the same knob. When you are done, please remember to turn off the propane tank.

To help ensure a comfortable and responsible stay for everyone, we kindly ask that the person booking the reservation be at least 21 years old. Thanks so much for your understanding!

- Joshua Tree QUIET HOURS are from 10pm - 6am. So bring the music inside at this point to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
- TAKE SHEETS OFF the bed prior to departure. You can leave them on the bedroom floor.
- Any used towels can be placed on the bathroom floor. - SHUT OFF THE PROPANE after using the fire pit and grill - turn the actual knob on the propane to the off position.
- Please do not flush anything, other than toilet paper, down the toilet.
- If you use the water feature, please shut the water off after as the tank will run out of water.
- Please PICK UP AFTER YOUR PETS after they use to the bathroom.
- Please let us know immediately if anything breaks so we can address it as quick as possible. (We know accidents happen)
