Wallowa Lake? Just a 10-minute drive 🚗 or a quick bike ride for those wanting to feel the wind in their hair. 🚴‍♀️
Groceries? Need snacks? 🥨 The store’s a stone’s throw away, so stock up for those late-night munchies.
Parking: Free and easy parking right out front. Feel free to roll up, park, and relax!

Unit Details & Policies:

🏘️ BUILDING EXTERIOR
The interior is tastefully decorated, but the exterior is a plain 4-plex. Please see the listing photos for an accurate picture.

🔊 NOISE
This condo is on the 2nd floor of a 4-plex. Guests in the unit below can hear footsteps and movement overhead, so please be considerate, especially during quiet hours.

❄️ AIR CONDITIONING
A portable AC unit is provided during the summer months. It cools the condo well, but it does make a noticeable white-noise hum.

🐜 BUGS
We treat the condo regularly, but because we're close to farmland, some bugs may find their way inside. Keeping doors closed helps a lot.

🐾 PETS
This condo is not pet-friendly. If you'd like to bring your furry friend(s), we're happy to move your reservation to one of our ground-floor pet-friendly units, subject to availability.

👥 GUESTS
Our nightly rate covers up to 4 guests, and the condo sleeps up to 6.
• Children 12 and under stay free
• Guests 13 and older are $30 per night
Please register all guests in advance. Unregistered guests may result in cancellation.

🛌 BEDS
Medium-firm memory foam mattresses. Most guests love them, and a few find them on the firm side.

🪜 STAIRS
This is a 2nd-floor condo, reached by a flight of stairs. There is no elevator, so please plan accordingly if you have mobility concerns or heavy luggage.

🧺 LAUNDRY
There is no washer or dryer on site. There's a laundromat between Lakes Basin Village and Joseph, and we also offer a wash-and-fold service (details in our guidebook).

📺 TV & STREAMING
The Smart TV is ready for you to log in to your own apps (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, etc.). There is no cable or local channels. For live TV, you'll need a service like Sling, Fubo, or YouTube TV.

🔑 CHECK-IN: After 3:00 PM
• Free early check-in: Call after 12:30 PM on your arrival day. If the condo is ready, we're happy to let you in early. • Guaranteed early check-in: $20/hour, as early as 1:00 PM. Contact us in advance, and we'll adjust our cleaning schedule so the condo is ready at your arranged time.

⏰ CHECK-OUT: By 11:00 AM
Late check-out is available at $20/hour. We can usually accommodate late check-out until 1:00 PM, and sometimes later.

🕙 QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
🚭 NO SMOKING anywhere in the condo.
🎉 GATHERINGS: Visitors beyond registered guests require prior approval.
📹 SECURITY: A video doorbell monitors the exterior entrance.
