Recently updated and redecorated, with all the comforts of home, this adorable vintage cabin makes you feel like you've stepped back in time! There is a queen bed in each bedroom, and the bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Kick back in the living room to watch a good movie on the mounted flatscreen TV. You'll be less than a block from the go-carts and mini-golf. Use the free WiFi to research a new outdoor adventure then take advantage of the nearby resort-side activities.

THINGS TO KNOW
Seasonal bbqs are available from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. BBQs are propane and tanks are provided. We strongly encourage you to review your tank level in the morning and if a replacement is needed please reach out to your local contact for a tank replacement.
No fires or fire pits are ever allowed due to the heavy timbered area and county restrictions.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location was perfect for accessing trails for hiking. Cabin: Not enough hot water, no space or enough hooks in 2nd bedroom (no closet) and no outlet or table by bed. Nothing seemed to have been updated, especially electricity (pull cords for lightbulbs in kitchen and livingroom ceilings). Kitchen cabinets seemed to be falling apart.

Better than other places I've stayed

This is a quaint cabin that is walking distance to the lake and other activities. It was so easy to talk to the folks if I had a question while there. Fully furnished, kitchen was great, beds were SO comfortable. Sitting room has movies and a small TV. The floors "creaked" but personally it brought back memories. I'd recommend this to anyone, with or without kids.

Worst mis-represented place we've ever stayed

Terrible, in immediate need of updates. Only one plug in kitchen, you have to move microwave to plug in coffee maker, then move coffee maker to plug in toaster, ridiculous. No cupboard available to put away groceries. Only one closet in whole cabin that was already filled up with linen. Bathroom is a disaster. Bath tub is a fall risk waiting to happen. To say nothing of the go-carts next door!!!

Wallowa getaway

Husband and I brought brother from Texas to see the beauty of Eastern Oregon. The cabin was perfect. Had everything we needed. Saw lots of wildlife and hiked every day. Nice and cozy for all of us. Roku works perfectly and was great in the evening after a day of fishing and hiking.

Rustic but comfortable

The cabin is a comfy, rustic cabin that lends itself well to adventurers that aren't into sitting around and watching TV. (Which is good... because we never found the Roku remote). The bathroom was small but clean and the bed was probably the most comfortable I've ever been in. I felt like the cleaning fee was pretty ridiculous and a little hidden in the listing. But, overall, it's a sweet little cabin in a SUPER sweet, safe, enjoyable area with fun things to see a do.

Hiking adventure

My partner and I had a lovely three nights in the cabin. It was beautifully clean and stocked with everything we needed for a getaway. The cadet heaters kept us warm at night, and we spent the days outside enjoying the fall sunshine! What a perfect escape. Thanks to the folks who maintain this property- we can’t wait to return.
