My beautiful home is everything you and guest will ever need for having an awesome getaway. The property is very spacious. It’s a ranch style on a basement with about 5000 Sq ft but only the entertainment section of the basement guest will be able to use right now. There’s plenty of sleeping space, an extra large deck for cook outs and acres of land to play volleyball, throw great picnics or to throw a Frisbee or a football. It’s even great to film videos or just to treat for tranquility or to do Tiachi.
All of the areas of the home is very large with 3 large king size beds, 1 queen size bed, 2 large sectionals, and 1 couch for extra sleeping space.

She can say im lying but i have photos and video. When i arrived at my scheduled check in time 2:30pm the property owner had not sent code to door although requested via email the same week. When i arrived she was in there sleep and had forgotten about our stay and thought it was next day. Went on to say she asks for 1hr notices before arriving but i arrived at my check in time and house was not ready. She credit back $90 for her to gather some things and be out in hour. Well hour turned into 4hrs of us not having property to ourselves and of course could not access main bedroom. The amount of dust built up in home can tell has not been properly cleaned in a long time. Master bedroom door doesnt lock and barely closes. Table cloth she left on table was tour up. My wife had to take meeting on deck because she did not have ready. She had to wash linen while we were there and they smelled of mildew and after seeing the washer i see why. She refuses to give any more money back for her failure to do what was required so now i have to send people to serve legal documents. I even informed her how her post had elevator under the shower as its name. My daughter was there for competition and could not get a good rest after flight because she was there until after 6pm. Leaving on same sheets on bed she just woke up from so glad we brung our own and went and purchased other linen. Horrible way of doing business with someone that has your information for legal law suits. Nonononono

Spacious but needs attention

Host was pleasant and quick to respond. Parking and driveway extremely sloped and can not accommodate family gatherings of more than 5 cars. Plastic runners on floor which are a trip hazard to elder or disabled. Plastic on chairs and furniture was embarrassing. This home is spacious however there was no bedding except for the 4 beds. No futons. Only couches for extra sleeping. But no linens. Pictures online seem to be from years ago as home has broken and worn furnishings. I believe a deep cleaning and replacing broken furniture would be helpful.

Just call it fraudulent!!!!

I am ABSOLUTELY requesting a portion of my money back! I paid Embassy Suites prices for a Motel 8 stay. This home is completely misleading and shame on those of you that wrote a positive review because the host was deceitful with the pictures but the previous guests (if they stayed where I stayed) just down right lied. Dirty, cheap quality linens and bedding, unusable outside "amenities", lights not working, plugs un covered, tub nasty, washing machine full of mold, broken racks in closet, dirty vents blowing filth into the air. Plastic taped on furniture, spiked plastic runners tripping the kids and grands (so dangerous). Basement was such a disappointment so that removed a tv from use. Then she had the nerve to as me not to leave a review, sorry SIS we endured because it was my daughter's graduation and ppl had nowhere to go. But the PER NIGHT was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THAT'S FRAUD

AMAZING

This was overall the best experience I’ve had. From beginning to end the manager was available. I was excited with the experience. I recommend this location to the fullest I promise you won’t be disappointed. Mrs.Deb was a god sent blessing. The home is BEAUTIFUL amazing decor almost didn’t want to leave. I truly appreciate the experience. It renews the doubt of rather or not there are still honest people. A GIVE IT A MILLION STARS . My sister really enjoyed her bday weekend.

My stay

It was a comfortable stay, the property is close to a lot of fun things up to a 30 minute drive (not bad). The property was very spacious had enough room for our family to visit us and not feel crowded. The bad is we had to buy our own tissue, paper towels, and trash bags. We were reminded multiple times about turning the lights off or I will be fined a light fee. One of the bathroom’s door wouldn’t lock and just be pushed open without twisting the knob. It needs a few upgrade and was missing a few outlet covers but it is still a comfortable house.

Great family space

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. The house is big enough where the adult can be in a area and the kids in another. The basement is very spacious and have two smart TVs it was perfect for family movie night. The deck on the back of the houses was beautiful at night we use it to do hot chocolate and s’more for the kids. This was a great home to rent. The host was also very nice and communicated right away when she was needed. I will definitely rent this home again.
