Good

Check in was smooth. Deposit of RM50 was required during check in. Room was clean and tidy, you get what you pay for. View facing the back lane was not that pleasing. Housekeeping was done well. Enjoyed my stay.

The white towels are more like dingy towels that you don't feel like using, so are the pillow covers.

Air conditioner compressor sound is very annoying result in whole night unable to sleep. Until certain of time the compressor stop around morning only can sleep sound.

Good location, shop lot and restaurants around. However, hotel need maintenance. I stay at 1st floor, the wallpaper almost dropoff. Need to goto 2nd floor to get boiled water, the machine at 1st floor non functioning.

Nice location, customer service sucks

When we checked in, the receptionist asks for more money even when we have paid full using hotels.com app. Took few minutes to clear the dispute. Thankfully don't have to pay anymore. Got upstairs without lift, deco was nice but when arrived to room not quite as expected from suite. It's just deluxe standard. No hair dryer as promised, free toiletteries just meant few push down shower cream. Towels are rough and old, should be replaced. Air cond not as cold. Only can go down to 17. Thankfully the hotel location is very strategic with 7E nearby and many restaurants. Otherwise would be unpleasant stay.

Very strong cigarette smell in my room.

Very strong cigarette smell even they told me it is a non-smoking room. And there is a ashtray in my room!

old, dirty and smelly hotel

Not a present stay, Wifi super lousy, the whole hotel smelly due to the smoke. worst inside the room hv to buy your own air fresher to spray, 1 full bottle for 1 night. cannot sleep due to the smell of the smoke inside the room. everything in the room look old and dirty.... will not re-visit this hotel again.

受付スタッフが感じの良い人で良かった。部屋は二階からで階段しかありません。私たちの部屋は薬草？のような臭いが気になりましたが、値段相当な所かと思います。両隣りにドミノピザとオールドタウンコーヒーがあり、朝夕食に利用しました。

Simple and Cheap Hotel

It is just a simple hotel, if you decide to transit here. The hotel doesn't provide elevator, so brace yourself if you've bring family with large / plenty of luggages. Otherwise, the room is average in cleanliness and space for family of 4.

Smoke cigar still stay at room n its so stinky..n stairs too high hope the hotel find solution n another one thing hope the reception be manner bcause he talking with hanphone while entertain customer
