This Hill Country home blends rustic charm with modern comfort. It is a dog-trot cabin that supports split living areas - the living room and kitchen on one side and the bedrooms and bathroom on the other side of the open air hallway. The exterior is built from natural materials that reflect the surrounding landscape, while large windows fill the interior with natural light and showcase scenic views.

Inside, on one side of the cabin the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area invites connection and conversation. The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. And across the classic dog-trot breezeway are the cozy bedrooms, offering privacy and a true Texas ranch feel.

Upstairs: Three twin beds with a half bath

Comfortable furnishings, soft bedding, and thoughtful touches make this space feel like a true home away from home.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer, and essential kitchen appliances. Outdoors, enjoy the hot tub, patio seating, and ambient lighting—perfect for evenings under the stars.

Guests have access to the river, hot tub, tree house, and the area surrounding the guest house. The fireplace is not usable and the main house and two-car garage are not accessible to guests.

**Important Note to Guests**
Sky River Ranch is located in rugged Hill Country terrain and is home to local wildlife. Guests may encounter natural elements such as snakes, spiders, scorpions, cattle, uneven ground, cacti, rocks, and riverbanks. The property can also be very dark at night, as it is part of a designated dark sky community.

A liability waiver is required for all guests to acknowledge and assume these inherent risks.
