"We absolutely loved our 5-night stay at Kokomo Cottage. It was quiet, peaceful and exactly what we needed after a hectic tax season. Rather heading to Folley Beach, or downtown Charleston for a day of shopping, sightseeing or an incredible dinner, the Cottage is centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Owners ensure your privacy and were very helpful, as needed! We loved our vacation and didn't want to leave! Thanks Ken and Christine!!!"

Walking distance to grocery stores, cafes and frozen yogurt A short Uber Ride to Sullivan's Island, Shem Creek. Rented bikes to get into downtown Charleston in 15 minutes from the house. Place has everything you need."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable cottage in its quiet & well situated neighborhood. We were close to the beaches & downtown Charleston. The restaurants, Martin’s & Gillies were very good & in walking distance. This house was clean & well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Our only issue was the television & if you’re used to streaming your programs it won’t be an issue. We highly recommend this cozy little place."

"As advertised! Hidden gem amongst highly priced properties. If not expecting the most luxury updated property than this is it. They have made nice touches with hot tub and pool and outdoor shower. Also the screened porch was nice!"

"I was visiting my son for the holidays and needed a place to stay. This house was perfect. Loved walking around the yard looking at the plants or sitting outside on the covered patio. The house was decorated for Christmas. It was well-stocked for me to cook meals. The host communicates quickly. There is a guest book with recommendations. The host even offered a bottle of wine! Great host. Darling place. I enjoyed my stay."

"It was the most relaxing and peaceful time we have had in a long time. There are beautiful marsh views. The tidal creek and marsh are full with wildlife. We enjoyed the stars. House was equipped with everything we needed. Communications with owner were stellar. Tracie was prompt and personable. We really enjoyed our stay. Note: Plan a sunset at nearby Pine Landing."

"We loved staying on Seabrook Island, so close to beautiful beaches and a super charming private island. We loved the porch of the home nestled in with all the beautiful live oak trees. Super great communication with Casey and easy checkin and checkout. Our one compliant was that we wish the sliding glass doors had screens to keep out bugs and that there were openable windows in the other rooms for better airflow, it felt stuffy and had a weird smell overall. Other than that we love it!"

Parking instructions are very clear and even though it was the first time using the carousel parking, it all seemed pretty intuitive.
