With its versatility and maintainability for a private studio space that’s ideal for any creative project or interpersonal and bite size functions. This venue can be used for (networking and social spaces, workshops, public, private or corporate events) for one day only.

The listing for rental of the private creation spaces for half day (4 hours).

Whether you’re planning a small and intimate gathering or celebration, we host events from 2 -8 guests in size, offering superior service with full event packages including catering, decor and audio visual. When booking on this listing it is for the outdoor venue utilisation only with no event furniture or place settings (crockery, cutlery and glassware).

The minimum booking rate is quoted for half day (4 hours). The rate for more hours will be provided upon request.

Other things to note
SAME-DAY CHECK OUT.

- Quoted prices are for the hire of the Venue only and do not include the hire of furniture, vendors, crockery etc.
- The hire period for the event is agreed upon at the time of booking. Venue hire should include the time needed to set-up prior to the event and clean post-event.
- Access to set-up the venue, unless expressly agreed otherwise, should be within the agreed upon hiring period.
- Access on site outside of the agreed hire periods can be arranged for suppliers upon request (at time convenient to TUJ). This is applicable for both delivery and collection.

Guest Management
- This listing is for use in the studio space section of venue the for eventing purposes only.
- The venue has a maximum capacity is dependent upon the event of 2 - 8 pax. Please provide more information when sending an enquiry for the booking agent to confirm or recommend an alternative venue to accommodate your event.
- For additional guests (over 2 persons) the additional costs per head will be included in the Airbnb cost estimate and will be finalised upon booking based on event needs .

Time Management
- SAME DAY CHECK OUT.
- The check in and out time will be confirmed upon booking. The latest checkout accepted for any booking will be at 11 pm.
- This booking rate covers utilisation of the venue for a maximum of four hours.
- The duration of the booking commences from the check-in time and is inclusive of any time required for setup and breakdown.
- You can arrange additional time (at a discounted rate) required for your event setup and/or break down ahead of your actual booking - if this is not arranged before the actual event day the additional time utilised will be billed for post event as overtime

In the event of the Event over-running the following is applicable;
- Overtime will be charged until the last guest has vacated the parking lot.
- The time taken to clear the site and restore to its original state will be included in the overtime charges.
- Payment will be charged according to the billable hours as well as the
inconvenience caused to community management.
- Payment for the additional hours can be made on-site. Alternatively, the client will be invoiced


Guests are responsible for the account management for any service deviations from your booking confirmation. Service deviation will be billed separately to the venue hire. These include the charges for any additional services rendered by the venue or the community management team.
