"Buffet breakfast is excellent and the decor and pool area were very comfortable for lounging around. Extremely convenient for morning flights out, or early pick-up for a safari tour (breakfast is available from 4am!). Only disappointment was the gym, which was OK if you like treadmills, but it only had one exercise bike and the seat was so unstable we couldn't use it."

"After completing a 16-hour journey, I arrived at the hotel at approximately 8:30 PM last night. Following my check-in and a shower, I visited the bar and ordered dinner to be delivered to my room.
The meal arrived over one hour later. Shortly after the server left to retrieve the card machine for payment, I sat down to eat and immediately noticed that the food was completely cold. I contacted room service to report the issue and was informed that the Room Service Manager would call me back....

"Its a large hotel and fairly new.
The shower doesn't not work properly, the water temperature keeps changing from hot to cold and the shower area is too small plus the soap tray is fitted in the wrong place and you keep bumping your knee. The bathroom door came in for my friends room and the water doesn't drain properly"
