"This hotel was very poor and we regret booking it. Staff clearly did not care - we had no TV remote for 3 hours and had to ask multiple times for them to find a replacement. Staff sat on their phones claiming they were too busy to help.
Our room was cleaned in a rush - there were clumps of fluff/dust on the tables and dirt on some of the bedding.
They weren't able to, and the only solution they offered was a downgrade to a smaller room where the TV was placed on top of a wardrobe in the corner...

The shower doesn't not work properly, the water temperature keeps changing from hot to cold and the shower area is too small plus the soap tray is fitted in the wrong place and you keep bumping your knee. The bathroom door came in for my friends room and the water doesn't drain properly"
