"The room was okay, but the public areas were so incredibly dirty. It looked like the floors and carpets hadn't been vacuumed in years. There was garbage and debris all over, the tables for breakfast had black, wrinkled tablecloths that I doubt are getting cleaned often enough. The first night there wasn't hot water for our showers."

Fold-out bed was terrible but then again all fold-out beds are.Should be more hooks everywhere - most people are there to ski and you have to dry your stuff out - need more hanging hooks!Overall very happy despite the above"

"Great stay! The property was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It came fully equipped with all the essential amenities and utilities needed for a comfortable stay. The only minor suggestion I have for the host would be to add a few pairs of chopsticks to the kitchen supplies. It would be a wonderful touch for guests who enjoy cooking and eating Asian dishes! Highly recommended, and I would happily stay here again."
