"Refinishing paint job sloppy; broken window in bedroom; air conditioner barely keep room tolerable, even on 50 to 70 outside; scary outside stairs to navigate (thank goodness it didn't rain while using); if there was suppose to be any kind of breakfast or similar eat-on-the-go items, there wasn't. The new toilet was nice."

"We didnt stay .. this was binghamton not the vestal hotel which is nice .. sheets were soiled with large brown spot ,room smelled strongly of cigarette some , hallway rugs were black with dirt .. were told we could change the sheets ourselves or cancel … we cancelled .. "

"First the positive. The filters on the heating/cooling unit were very clean (it's the first thing I check when I get into a room) The woman at the front desk was very sweet and friendly.The room was quiet and conveniently close to side door to take dog out. Now the negative: I pulled the sheets down and there was fresh soiled stains that smelled as well as dark hair. There was a sticky stain on floor beside bed and the bathroom floor was very dirty. I always take pics and send to my friends....

"Room was really well presented, really nice. Easily the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in. Hotel staff was pkeaaant and accommodating. The breakfast was really great as well. I’m not in Binghamton that often but I surely would consider staying at Homewood again !! Highly recommended!!"
