Before You Book:
Rental agreement and hot tub waiver required to gain access to the home. All guest names and vehicle license plates must be submitted before check-in.

We may require further guest verification upon booking. This would include the main guest on the reservation providing personal contact information, a photo of their ID and a selfie with the ID.

Propane Grill: Please note that we work off an honor system with the propane tanks. We do not provide refills and ask that each guest refills or switches out the tank if it's empty or low at the end of their stay. Upon booking, we provide instructions on the closest places that provide propane.
