Clubs provided, or use yours for your own tailored experience. You will not find this in any other rental!

This home is nestled in secluded location in a private development in the Poconos, and no expense has been spared. Conveniently located within a short drive from the town of Jim Thorpe, white water rafting, paintball, Pocono Raceway, multiple ski resorts, and water parks. You may find yourself not wanting to leave once you see what this house has to offer!
This home has a 1000 square foot finished basement/game room/golf simulator with endless amounts of entertainment. Complete with professional pool table, air hockey, shuffle board, poker table, and wet bar. The basement also has an 8-person theater system equipped with streaming device, and 190 dish channels, not to mention 5 TV’s surrounding the entire basement! Outside the basement is a patio area with 6-person hot tub fully screened in and weather protected, and in the backyard are many outdoor games to enjoy!

Some other features of the house: All tv’s in bedrooms and living rooms are brand new smart TV’s and have 190 dish channels. Nest smart thermostats. Wi-Fi included. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. Keyless front door so no hassle with entry for large groups. Sheets and linens included. Large propane grill. Complete with professional pool table, air hockey, shuffle board, poker table, and custom built wet bar. The basement also has an 8-person theater system and 190 dish channels, not to mention 5 TV’s surrounding the entire basement so you never miss a beat on what’s playing! Outside the basement is a patio area fully screened in and weather protected, and horseshoes. 50 AMP Level 2 EV Charger with J1772 & Tesla Adapters!

Excellent House

We had a great time for a bachelor party. The house had plenty of games/activities to keep up busy. It was conveniently located to both paintball and white water rafting.

Great house for family time

House was spacious and well laid out as described. We are just a family of 4 but are hoping to return with a larger group as there was so much to do in the basement to keep the kids occupied. Was only 10-15 min from Jim Thorpe town center.

Pretty and Fun

House is just as advertised. House is spacious and fully stocked, close to town, set in the woods, and lots of fun things to do in the house. Used the hot tub, golf simulator, pool table, theater, and other items in the basement area. All worked great and there were easy instructions for everything. Owner made everything simple. We went to Jim Thorpe, the coal mine, the jail, the Bright Path Brewery, and Kalahari indoor waterpark. Enjoyed everything. If we come back to Jim Thorpe area, we would definitely stay at this house again!

Great house and amenities but need a 4wd during snow.

House is great. Lots of room and great amenities. It was our second stay here. This time weather was extremely cold and even our 4wd trucks couldn't navigate the driveway. A few of us took pretty serious falls in the driveway as well. Communication with agent was good but unfortunately I think it's our last stay here bc of navigating the steep driveway. We couldn't leave one day to go skiing bc of the conditions.

Lovely property. Clean and well stocked. We had a few minor issues. Host very responsive with assisting in resolving the issues. The game room and movie theater were fantastic. Excellent vacation.

I love everything about this house! The theater was amazing, this golf simulator was so much fun, and there's lots of room and comfortability at the house. We were so thankful for beinf there in the snow :-)

Great Stay at a Great House

Me and my group of friends really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, spacious and ideal for a bigger group. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and all of the amenities were top-notch. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way and we will definitely be looking to stay again in the future!

Great place for a big group!

The house is very spacious, well stocked with everything you need, and well kept! The game room kept us entertained and the wonderful nature in the back of the property is quite peaceful. The location was great because you get the "in the woods" feeling you want from the Poconos but are only minutes from town!

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time! There was a lot of wildlife on the property and in the neighborhood. Plenty of room for our entire family everyone had a lot of fun. They really enjoyed the game room. Our only disappointment was there was no dvd player and we don’t have a streaming service which you need in order to use the theatre.

Amazing Home/Game Room

This home was the perfect place for a week getaway in the Poconos. It has every amenity you could want. The hot tub was perfect and the game room did not disappoint. There are clear directions for everything in the home. It was super clean and comfortable. Just an excellent stay!!
