  • With us you spend your holidays in a cultural monument from the 17th. Century. If you are lucky and very quiet, you can listen to the voices of the inhabitants of bygone generations at night.
    If, contrary to all expectations, you are not so lucky, you can refresh yourself as an alternative program in our freshly renovated bathroom or have a nice chat with us, the landlords Katja and Christoph.

Peaceful Small Town Setting

The communication with the host is very smooth. The upstairs unit of the house is lovely, quiet and spotless clean. It is 10 minutes walk to the train station in a peaceful town and only a few minutes train ride to Rhine Falls. We really enjoyed our stay!

Traumhafte Wohnung und tolle Umgebung

Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche in der FeWo und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist wirklich ein Traum für Fachwerkliebhaber! Schöne Einrichtung, tiptop sauber und ein tolles Ambiente! Die Vermieter sind total nett und hilfsbereit! Die Umgebung ist traumhaft zum Wandern! Der Hochschwarzwald, die Schweiz und der Bodensee sind quasi fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese FeWo auf jeden Fall weiter!

US Curling Family

Our family of 5 stayed on this property for 11 days while attending a World Curling Competition in Schaffhausen. The neighborhood was perfect for our families’ needs and the location was as well for our daily trips to Switzerland. Our grandsons especially enjoyed the ping pong table! Christoph was prompt and accommodating on all of our requests and inquiries. Beautiful city, beautiful country!

Der Name uriger Fachwerktraum ist sehr zutreffend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser heimeligen (cosy) Atmosphäre der Wohnung. Sie ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert worden und eignet sich, dank ihrer Großzügigkeit, auch für längere Aufenthalte mit bis zu 6 Erwachsenen. Ein Kompliment an den Erbauer Christoph

Het verblijf is uitstekend als uitvalbasis voor het bezoeken van de omringende landen. Zwitserland ca.10 min., Italië ca. 3 uur en Oostenrijk 1,5 uur bezocht middels eigen vervoer. Niet al te veel luxe maar de Wifi maakt veel goed. Vriedelijke eigenaar was er bijna niet en we mochten van alles gebuik maken. Aanrader dus...

Familienurlaub in Jestetten

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns 4 (Eltern + 2 Jungs auf dem Weg Erwachsene zu werden) war genug Raum vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (und auch mehr als ein guter Bäcker) waren fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Diverse Ausflugsziele (Rheinfall, Zürich, aber auch Freiburg, Konstanz und der Bodensee und diverse Wanderziele) sind schnell erreicht, so dass wir unseren Urlaub hier wirklich genossen haben. Danke auch an Christoph, der, obwohl selbst im Urlaub, immer für uns erreichbar war.

Sehr gemütlich und entspannt.

Es war für uns alle sehr gemütlich und entspannt. Der Gastgeber war selber auch verreist aber gibt deutliche Information und antwortet sehr schnell. Er war sehr freundlich und sogar lustig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufnähe und wir haben den Garten genossen. Das eine Schlafzimmer hatte ein kleineres Doppelbett. Ich glaube 1,40m. Das war etwas ungewohnt, wenn man 1,80m gewöhnt ist. Aber sonst alles prima. Danke Christoff.
