The pool area is equipped with outdoor furniture, chairs, umbrellas, and all the required elements necessary for a perfect summer vacation. There is also a barbecue and an outdoor dining area where you can prepare your own meals and enjoy them with your loved ones.
    The exceptional beauty of the country house Rose Alley is complemented by the private swimming pool surrounded by a sundeck with lounge chairs, which will reveal all the charms of a joyful summer in Dalmatia. The sundeck has a beautiful view of the sea and of the surrounding lush vegetation of the Mediterranean.
    The country houseRose Alley with swimming pool spreads over 3 floors and has 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a king-size bed >180 cm and a beautiful panoramic view, as well as a private en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Relaxing holiday

Great villa for relaxing holiday. House is situated upon hill with spectacular view of the sea and surroundings. We especially loved evenings on the terrace. Nothing but peace and quiet! Exactly what we were looking for - we would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful House

This house is everything you could want. Absolutely beautiful, excellent & well presented. Location, although high up in the hill, is excellent, with stunning views out to sea & the mountains are an awesome backdrop. Spotlessly clean with everything you would expect from a house of this quality. The host was at hand if required and nothing was to much trouble. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Excellent location

Excellent location, away from the crowd. Magnificent view from the terrace and a great BBQ place made our staying there quite relaxing. Interior is very comfortable and homey. Our host was more than helpful and always at hand. We had a great time and will come back for sure.

Lovely view

We enjoyed a very relaxing two week holiday at this villa, we all made good use of the pool. There is plenty of outside space and it was a nice treat having access to the fruit and vegetables in the garden. There are lovely views from the first floor balconies and the villa is well located, although it is quite a climb back up the hill. It was very useful having access to a hire car for trips to the supermarket etc.

Charming house

Charming stone house up on the hill that has a great view from the terrace and the pool. We loved BBQ evenings when we enjoy spectacular views and starry night sky. Truly relaxing holiday. If you want to get away from it all and recharge your batteries this is a place to be.
