This newly renovated, beautifully designed apartment in an old Ottoman house is the perfect starting point to visit the historical neighborhood of Old Katamon and explore Jerusalem.
The apartment boasts a jacuzzi tub, a luxurious bedroom, a loft with room for two, a comfortable living room with a kitchen area, a dinner table seating 4 and an adjacent courtyard.

Our beautiful studio apartment rental, located in a historic stone building, will help you feel right at home during your visit to Jerusalem. also conveniently located. You will be a quick 10 minute walk from the German Colony (Emek Refaim) and a 10 minute ride from the Old City.

Cozy, well-designed nest in Katamon

Well-appointed, cozy place to stay in Katamon. Neighborhood has a nice park and lovely cafe/bakeries and groceries nearby. If you are a walker, less than 20 min to Emek Refa'im and about 35 min to the center of town. The owner couldn't be more lovely and helpful, if you want interaction; otherwise leaves you alone. Nice design touches in the space. Only downside is minimal natural light during the day, but comfy patio furniture to sit outside.

Live in the beautiful district of katamon in jerusalem

Nothing was missing. Bus stops, small grocery stores and parks very close to the apartment. The apartment was comfortable and practically furnished and very quiet. I enjoyed the stay!

Very unique setup. Small but sufficient. Had everything we needed and easy walking distance to local busses to get around. Lovely stay all around with outdoor sitting area under fig tree :-) Listing says laundry is available (washer /dryer). need to connect with apartment next door to use it which was easily done.

Sweet Place

Chava, the owner, was very good about answering all my questions on the VRBO site before our trip to Jerusalem began. We were located in a lovely quiet neighborhood and only a couple of minutes walk to a beautiful park. There is a little mini mart across the street where we bought fresh fruit and wine. The room was small but very accommodating, clean and had the best hot water ever. Learned to use the Gett Israel app for almost instant taxi service. Chava is very helpful and speaks English perfectly. We really enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely go there again.

As Advertised and Great Location

The property was just as it was described and the photos were accurate. Chava was responsive to our initial communication and was there to show us around and how things work. The location was perfect for what we were looking for and needed. Personally, I found that being in proximity to the Shtiblach (Beit Kenesset) was very helpful. And there is a nice park down the block with an outdoor coffee stand that Chava told us about which was nice.

Amazing clean rental in an excellent location-everything is within a short walking distance!

Chava has been extremely helpful in every way. When we made a booking error she was flexible and extremely helpful. Any issue we had she was there in an instant-she even found us a bank when I mentioned we were having trouble! An absolute pleasure to deal with and the apartment was perfect-I would recommend this Katamon apartment without a doubt!

Very nice!

We had a lovely time. The rooms were very clean and pleasant, the neighborhood very nice. Some neighbors saw us arriving and stopped to welcome us and chat. Best of all, Chava was very hospitable, friendly, and helpful. She helped me with the washer and dryer so we could get our clothes clean; she also gave us directions to local areas of interest. She gave generously of her time and energy. We needed to rest after a demanding tour of Egypt and this was the perfect place. Thank you Chava.

Great Find

We loved the studio. It had everything we could need or want. The location was great. We could walk to several great cafes and were just five minutes walk to a bus that took us to all the main spots of Jerusalem. Our hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Great find,
