Alternatively you can use the 50 Harrison St paid parking space - 8 mins walk away. Please check street cleaning signs and schedule. Use paid off-street parking at your own risk.
-No crypto mining or use/charging of any belongings that require more than usual electricity. You will be billed for any electric/gas/water charges in excess of the usual day to day usage.
-No loud noise or music past 9:00 pm. Home is in a city designated Quiet Zone
-DO NOT DISTURB NEIGHBORS. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
**** Guest Limit Policy: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation (maximum of 12) are permitted on the property. This policy is strictly enforced for insurance purposes. Any additional overnight guests beyond the registered number are prohibited and will incur a penalty of $200 per person, per night.

• All camera devices are located outside the property and are positioned away from the interior to maintain your privacy. No indoor cameras are present, and the devices remain operational 24/7.
