Experience Union City like a native with these combined Duplex apartments providing 9-bedrooms. With plenty room this. apartment. sleeps 35 people. Each room is tastefully decorated with 3 queen beds and 12 full beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. One living room has queen size pullout sofa and the other a twin day bed.
This is a 2 LOFT DUPLEX apartment combined listing. The first unit is a 5 BEDROOM LOFT DUPLEX apartment has two ground floor entrances !!! One step out side the patio door is an amazing deck with complete north to south New York Manhattan skyline view. Please feel free to BBQ and enjoy the site seeing. The apartment consists of the living room & kitchen as a flow thru living.
Up stairs in the new apt is the NEW master bedroom with a very cozy feel this room can sleep 6 People comfortably !!! Included in the room is one full size Posturepedic bed Queen size and optional full-size very comfortable air mattress including a full private bathroom with double sinks. Walk out the bedroom into the living room you will enjoy the incredible sunrise over the NYC skyline view!!!
The second room upstairs is cozy with two windows including a posturepedic mattress additional air mattresses can be found inside the closet, directly opposite the room across the hallway is a full common bathroom.
Down stairs the other three rooms consist of built in closets including two of the rooms have large windows that also face the NYC view!! Included in all the rooms are very comfortable Posturepedic full size beds with additional options guest air bed full, twin size & queen mattresses options for each room.
The larger of the three rooms has a private entrance to the back garden that has the skyline view and plenty of area for the kids to play !!
The 2nd loft duplex apartment has ground floor entrance and an amazing deck with complete north to south New York Manhattan skyline view. Please feel free to BBQ and enjoy the site seeing. The apartment consists of the living room & kitchen with an open concept design.
Up stairs one bedroom with a very cozy feel, in the front of the room you will enjoy the incredible sunrise over the skyline view. There is also a full bathroom on this floor. The bedroom consists of a full-size Postuepedic mattress and also includes very comfortable full-size or twin size air mattress.
Down stairs the other three rooms consist of built in closets including windows that also face the NYC view, except for one room with no window !!The bedrooms consist of a full-size and Queen Posturepedic mattress and also includes very comfortable full-size or twin size air mattress.
PARKING OPTION 1 Private parking on location in directly in front of building. If you require parking for your vehicle or SUV please let us know in advance. Private parking is available for $40 per day per vehicle/regular size car or standard SUV. Large SUVs will be $60 per day per vehicle
OPTION 2 Street Parking passes fee $10 a day, NOTE street parking is difficult to find in this area.

The Neighborhood The Big Apple is right in our backyard! Traveling to Manhattan is only a 15-20min drive or the NJ Transit Bus stop (123 Bus to 42st Manhattan) is 1/2 block away from the apparent. Please ask about our guest recourse documents! There is a ton of info about museums, shopping locations, and site seeing locations! Please don't hesitate to ask for help or any question with travel needs!
There is a community Olympic size swimming pool right next door called Fireman's Memorial Park, including a kids swimming area! Please ask ahead of time if you are planning on going.
There is a 24/7 bakery 1 & 1/2 blocks away between 6th and 7th Street on Palisade Ave. They have delicious pastries, fresh hot bread, croissants, bagels. And some of the basics, milk, butter, soda, juices, eggs.
There's a 24/7 Diner called the Coach House Dinner located on eighth Street and JFK (John F Kennedy) Boulevard.
We also recommend Rumbas restaurant in Jersey City. It's located next to the 2nd St Washington Park on Central Ave and North St. They serve authentic Cuban cuisine and the average meal $4 to $9! They also offer fresh squeezed juice!
In Washington Park, located on 2nd St and Palisade Av there is a football field, Soccer field, basketball courts and 12 tennis courts free for public use! Please let us know in advice we can supply our guest with tennis rackets upon request.
Getting Around We normally send each of our guests a PDF with an amazing custom build Google Map of resources and attraction in our area. Included with most common travel question and requests. The apartment is close to a public bus 1 block & a half away ( Route 123) it takes you to NYC Manhattan on 42nd St ( Port Authority) . The bus fare is $3.25 exactly for each person. This brings you to Port Authority, which is the center of all subway trains. Option 2 is requesting a Uber ( 5 minutes away) to the PATH Hoboken the train that heads to NY & it stops on 33rd St Manhattan NY. Another fantastic 24/7 transport option is to use the private charter buses / mini buses available 24 hours a day and they depart/ run anywhere on New York Ave and stop at the 30th St Post Office, from there you can grab any bus saying New York City on it. This will bring you into the city without worrying about other bus schedules. The buses run every few minutes!!! Hello here are some Friendly tips !!! Mmmwwe. The view to the NY skyline is spectacular, the apartment not that much. Two of the five showers did not work. The rooms need an update badly. One coffeepot was lacking. Info to the wifi and entrance were poor.

Spectacular views
The very best part of our stay was the amazing view. Watching the skyline both at night and as the sun rose was breathtaking. We were out on the deck in freezing temperatures because we couldn't get enough of it. Access to the bus into the city was super convenient, and the bakery down the street is delicious l, inexpensive, and open 24 hrs. Thanks to Peter for his close communication.

Better than I believed it would be.
It accomodated my party very well. We had the space to move around the place, the benefits of a full kitchen, we were a few steps from the bus stop, and the access between both apartments was thru the balcony, but worked perfectly for us giving more privacy for each. All together but separately. Good communication with the host. Bathroom curtains/floor could a bit more attention but there were cleaning supplies available. I will definitely book with them again.
