Deluxe separate apt with full kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, granite tops, 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths with full amenities, Skylights, Jacuzzi Master Bath! Washer/Dryer in the building. 1 Garage Parking .
No smoking in apartment(allowed only in balcony). No partying or Illegal activity. Guests may need to provide info such as where they are from and purpose of visit etc. Guests may need to provide additional documentation such as drivers license/identity card. Please read all rules/policies.
Stay in the closest (20-30 minute bus ride) legal vacation rental to Times Square, New York City.
Most comfortable memory foam new beds ( 2 queens! and other beds).
This is a 2 family home and you get to stay on the top floor and enjoy nice sunset on meadowland views.
This home has washer/dryer in the building for guest use. The skylights in the kitchen and bathrooms make the home bright and inviting.
You have access to a 1 car garage (18 feet 2 inches deep).
If you have more cars and if you can not find street parking, you can park for $6 and come back in bus for $1.50 couple of miles away.
You also can utilize the washer/dryer next to the garage for free. The entire top floor will be your space during your stay.
I stay in the first floor level. I will be available in person weekday evenings and some weekends. Some days I work from my home.
Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Jersey City Heights is just west of very posh Hoboken and north of Journal Square area of Jersey City.
Mini buses take you to NYC. Frequency: every 2-5 minutes during rush hour and 5-10 minutes other time. $3.25 bus ticket. Bus to Journal Square PATH $1.50 6 Minutes walk to bus stop. Uber/Lyft to NYC Ferry, PATH trains at Journal Square, Hoboken, Grove Street, Newport, Exchange Place also available: $7-11
Very close to Route 1&9, Turnpike, Secaucus Junction NJ transit station, North Bergen Lincoln Tunnel Park and Ride ($10 : parking + 2 tickets; additional tickets around $3)
No eating in bed: Please make sure linens and towels are not stained. In the hallway closet there is a stain remover. Please use that and wash right away so stain wont be permanent. If the stains are bad and permanent you may be charged extra to replace the linen/towel. This is so that we are fair and keep costs low to most guests who keep things clean.
automatic lock code expiry: Lock codes expire at Noon on the day of your checkout and there is no way to reinstate the old code or give new code without the new booking . Hence please make sure all your belongings are taken out at the checkout time and cleaners throw in garbage anything left over during their cleaning.
No squatting rule: You are expected to checkout at 11 AM(or Noon by sending $40 earlier) on the checkout day. Please check the automatic code expiry above. If you don't checkout the day of checkout your daily rent will go up four times the average rate you paid for your booked stay.(Example if you paid $400 per night for your stay, it will go up to $1600 any extra day you stay without any host approved extension). Also by booking you are agreeing to pay any legal fees host incurred in the police/sheriff/court/lawyer/ejection/eviction proceedings. Only host authorized stays allowed. Cost of squatting will be huge to guest and police/court/legal proceedings will start immediately.

We had a great time at this location and the property owner was helpful during our stay. He took care of the Thermostat problem immediately on the day it snowed in NJ. Overall, it was a comfortable place for us.
Older building, but very clean. Garage parking was very nice.

Great hidden Gem!
This property was great -- it was a grate experience. The host was very helpful and responsive. Be aware this is NOT a 5 star hotel -- it is a comfy home with a comfy home experience. The biggest pluses is the space -- it is incredibly spacious. it has a lovely little balcony in the front and a great view in the back. And having a place so close to NYC with wonderful clean enclosed private garage was a HUGE bonus. Some things of note - The kitchen was wonderful and fully functional but has seen some wear and tear. But it was clean and none of that will prevent me from giving it 5 stars. I ONLY mention it so that other renters are aware that this is NOT a newly remodeled space -- it is a hidden gem. Finally the host was helpful with travel suggestion and made themselves available and was always willing to help. I will gladly go back again.

Friend’s weekend
Two couples guys going to a concert at MSG and ladies went to see a broadway show. All four of us just eating drinking and siteseeing. The property was clean comfortable and spacious . The pros being it had three bedrooms and two full baths and a garage spot on premises. The cons nothing within walking distance as far as restaurants and bars and the steps . The pros far outweighs the cons and being above the age of sixty the steps might be just fine for others

What great hosting is like
My host did an excellent job of communicating the check in process and even gave me some helpful tips of what do in terms of sight seeing! He was accomidating and very nice! He made sure to check in with me to make sure i had what i needed to make sure I had a great, which i did. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent stay for your NYC trip!
We were visiting in a group of 5 people and the apartment was just perfect for our needs - spacious, in quiet neighborhood and with easy commute to NYC. Our group was quite comfortable and everyone enjoyed their space thanks to two bathrooms and large kitchen. The apartment was very clean and well equipped.
The owner was extremely helpful at every step and gave us a lot of advice on getting around Jersey City and New York.
This is sure my number one choice next time visting New York!

The host was really nice and welcoming, we arrived quite late and he still greeted us, and next day gave us directions and travel recommendations. The garage was quite spacious, we had an extra large SUV and I could park it with room on the sides. The rooms themselves were also spacious and had an excellent city view. Transportation is easy from the location, and there is good wifi there too. Overall a great experience, highly recommended, would go again

Lovely Jersey Stay
We loved the accommodation. Very clean and spotless. The property owner was extremely pleasant and nice. He was very good and accommodated to our family. He made us feel at home. Very quiet area and you are close to everything. Our family loved it there and that's our vacation place whenever we plan to come back to the US. I recommend this place to anyone who are visiting Jersey City. The best place ever. You will not regret staying here
