✅ This property is in a peaceful neighborhood, and there are tenants living in the unit below. These rules are designed to maintain the home's beauty and respect the tranquility of the area.
✅ Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM (late check-ins available at request).
✅ Checkout is at 10:00 AM. A $100/hour late checkout fee will apply.
✅ Parking in the driveway is not allowed (vehicles will be towed). Parking available on street. Follow city rules and posted guidelines on the street. Do not park in driveways, bus stops, near fire hydrants or near corners.
✅ Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay. Any additional guests or mismatched guest numbers may result in cancellation without refund.
✅ Children must always be supervised by an adult while on the property.
✅ Unplug all unused appliances and chargers when leaving the house. Turn off lights, stove, oven before leaving.
✅ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside the property, including the driveway, rooftop, and balcony. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking evidence is found, which covers air treatment, carpet cleaning, and wall scrubbing.
✅ No film or photo shoots allowed on the property.
✅ No parties, events, birthdays, or bachelor/bachelorette gatherings. Any violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund and a minimum fine of $1,000.
✅ No mail or packages are to be delivered during your stay.
✅ Furniture must not be moved or rearranged.
✅ Do not unplug any major electronics or appliances, including TVs, Internet, lamps, stove, washer/dryer, etc.
✅ Do not tamper with exterior cameras, sound detectors, or Wi-Fi equipment.
✅ Pre-check-in bag storage is available on request.
✅ Pets are not permitted.
✅ Shoes must be removed outside the apartment. A shoe rack is provided at the entrance
✅ Do not disturb the neighbors.
✅ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No loud noise or music after 10:00 PM, inside or outside the unit.
✅ The person who made the reservation must be present during the stay. If not, the reservation will be canceled immediately without refund, according to Airbnb's third-party cancellation policy.
✅ Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property, and a government-issued ID will be required to confirm the reservation.
✅ Crypto mining or using/charging high-electricity devices is not allowed. Any excess charges for electricity, gas, or water will be billed to the guest.

Great experience, lovely place
The unit was very clean and check-in was easy upon arrival. The unit is spacious and has nice common areas, which was great as we were traveling with our 1 year old baby who likes to crawl around. The kitchen has all the basic needs for cooking etc. The host was very attentive and responsive when we had questions. Wound highly recommend!
