The lower-level (accessed by interior carpeted staircase) features one large bedroom on the lower level with a trundle day bed transforming into two very comfortable twin beds with ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo bathroom. Note: we have a studio lock off with a separate entrance on the lower level of this home. Should you need more room for your party, inquire about adding this one bedroom, one bath with private deck and high-end kitchenette to your reservation, making the rental into a large three bedroom, three bathroom house with two decks! By renting this part of the house, you are acknowledging that you have the entire space to yourself with no access to the studio without having specifically rented the adjoining studio.
We recently converted the garage into a super fun kids' play area! There's no need to worry about blocking the garage door by parking in the driveway, no vehicles go in and out of there. There is room to park two cars in the driveway.
