Summary:
Welcome to 402 on Hutchinson Island! A beautiful 4th floor (TOP FLOOR!) Beachfront, Ocean View condo at The Island Beach Resort, on Hutchinson Island! in Jensen Beach, Florida. Swim in the heated pool or just lounge and work on your tan (loungers by pool provided), relax on the beach all day and then enjoy a beach front dinner on the outside deck of Shuckers restaurant, which is onsite. Come enjoy the weather and everything south Florida has to offer. You deserve it!

The Space:
Occupancy is 6, However 6 adults will not be comfortable here. A mixture of children and adults that equals 6 will be fine/tight. No more than 4 adults for a comfortable time.

Here you will find gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful palm trees, as well as access to resort amenities like 2 sundecks with charcoal grills, a heated pool that’s available year-round, beach access with outdoor showers for cleaning off the sand, and coin-operated laundry facilities. There’s a small gift shop located in the resort, as well as Shuckers, a local favorite restaurant/bar that’s open-air and Beachfront.

Kitchen: A full kitchen that is well equipped with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, microwave, electric range and dishwasher. You will also find a coffee maker for grounds & pods, a toaster, blender, and other kitchen utensils that will help you feel at home. Dishes, bowls, mugs & utensils are all provided, so all you have to do is bring your groceries! There’s also a dining table with seating for four as well as two stools at the kitchen island.

Living Room: Open space with a sofa that pulls out to be a full-sized bed. (Sheets, blankets and pillows provided). A 65" smart tv so you can relax and unwind watching TV with your streaming accounts. Or watch a movie on the provided DVD player. Dozens of dvd's provided. The living room has the most beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and palm trees with floor-to-ceiling windows. We also have a heated massage chair and ottoman. You can access the oceanfront balcony from the living room or the bedroom.

Bedroom: Another fantastic view of the ocean with a great private balcony to sit out on and enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink! king sized bed, shelf, dresser, closet with hangers, and another smart tv in this room. In the closet you will find beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, Iron and ironing board and various beach toys for the kids. A nice desk if you must work while you're here. A printer also provided.

Bathroom: Large vanity and custom shower with rain head and spray wand. No tub. Toiletrries provided- shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hairdryer.

Minimum Age of primary guest who is booking is 25

LOCALS: If you are local please state the purpose for your booking & confirm no extra guests will be stopping by. Only those who are a part of your reservation are allowed on the property.

Please keep in mind the following:
-This Condo is 100% smoke free. No smoking/vaping inside or outside on the balcony.
-No pets allowed at this resort.
-There are no lifeguards at the pool or beach, so if you bring children you do so at your own risk and liability.
-Glass is not allowed at the pool.

We had a great stay here! Place was nice and clean when we checked it and had all the amenities! My only (small) complaint would be the WiFi in the unit was not very strong. But aside from that, great place to vacation!

This condo was perfect! The view was spectacular and it had all the comforts of home. Easy check in and easy communication with the owner! The beach is beautiful and the pool is great. And having a restaurant on site is a great bonus!

A beautiful property in a beautiful location. Clean, with great views!! Plenty of great restaurants nearby, including Shuckers, right on the property. Communication with the property manager was excellent. It was our third time using the property, and we'll be back!!

This is a beautiful and very clean condo! A lot of amenities, all the comfort of home. We struggled with the TV in living room as we are unfamiliar with how to find programs on that type of set up. TV in bedroom was easy to use. Great view of the ocean, perfectly between two beautiful palm trees. The grounds were very well kept.

This was our first time trying the condo instead of staying at a hotel. Tara was fantastic for communication before and during our stay with any questions we had. That was nice comfort especially the way things are so automated today. Being on the 4th floor the view was absolutely amazing. The condo was clean and presenting itself nicely. The bar attached to the condo was great and everyone was friendly, and food was also very good. Has inside/outside bar area and entertainment on the Friday and Saturday. The pool area could use a re-facing and is heated but overall, it served its purpose. Beach access is great and miles to walk in either direction. The sand is grittier and not the real soft sand but still great to hang out and take a nice long walk. We rented a car and went to some really nice restaurants and went to downtown one day. Overall, the people/area are really nice on the island, and we would go back and stay again.

The building from the outside looks like an older hotel type structure. However, once you walk in you realize that you cant judge a book by its cover. The apt was just as described in the listing. It smelled clean, it was very clean. All the needed amenities were available. Coffee pot, utensils, cookware, glassware etc. My son and wife loved the touch of leaving a bowl full of chocolates. The onsite/adjacent restaurant bar provided the flexibility of grabbing a drink and food and heading back to the room. The small table in the balcony was perfect for morning coffee to watch the sunrise. Supermarket and food places within a few minutes drive. Beach was not kid friendly, the ocean was rough, not sure if it was the season or if the ocean is always like this at Jensen Beach. Drove to a small beach next to the Aquarium, it was perfect for the kid to enjoy the water, no waves at all. The pool was just perfect, not crowded (eventhough it was spring break for a lot of public school systems in Fl) The property owner/manager was very easy to talk to and deal with. Will for sure stay again.

Unit was as described and more. Very comfortable ,bright all comforts of home. View from unit went on forever. Island Beach Resort is alittle treasure. Facility is spotless. Added bonus having Shuckers steps away. Great food and staff. Highly recommend this unit. working with owner was a breeze, very responsive.

I hesitate to tell how nice this property is for fear of not being able to return when we want to, but it is the perfect condo, in the perfect location. Easy access to the beach, a wonderful restaurant in the building, and a great host! Each time we've stayed has been a little better. Thanks for the perfect weather this go 'round! :-)
