    Esta recién construida 3 habitaciones, 3. 5 Cottage es un soplo de aire salado! Entras a esta casa a través de una cocina amplia y luminosa, totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable Whirlpool, cafetera Keurig, y todo lo que necesitas para preparar una comida casera, y una barra con asientos para cuatro personas. Que fluye desde la cocina es una mesa de comedor, con capacidad para seis, y una amplia sala de estar con una gran cantidad de asientos y una hermosa chimenea. Fuera de la sala de estar es el dormitorio principal, amueblado con una cama de matrimonio y un gran baño en suite. El primer piso proporciona un fácil acceso al porche con amplias vistas al aire libre e impresionantes. Terminando la planta baja es un medio baño y lavadora y secadora apilables. El segundo piso es el hogar de dos habitaciones de huéspedes, cada una con una cama queen y su propio baño privado y acceso al balcón superior. El segundo piso también alberga una sala de bonificación amueblada con una cama de día con nido extraíble. Esta casa de campo incluye 8 toallas de playa, 2 bicicletas para adultos y bomba de neumáticos, y 4 sillas de playa.

    Esta casa es el plano de "Osprey" y tiene capacidad para 8.
    Garaje para un solo automóvil, 3 estacionamientos que incluyen garaje.
    Ropa de cama incluida.

    Acceso a la playa: la continuación del Proyecto de Rehabilitación de Revestimiento de la Isla Jekyll en el estado de Georgia, ha resultado en la pérdida temporal del acceso a la playa al agua a lo largo de nuestra costa. Todavía hay acceso a la playa de marea alta, parte del revestimiento de la roca. Recomendamos Driftwood Beach, ubicada al norte de The Cottages o solo a unos minutos en auto al sur del área de Great Dunes Park.

    Pedimos disculpas por cualquier inconveniente que esto pueda causar durante su visita y apreciamos su comprensión de la importancia de este proyecto.

An excellent choice

Everything about the cottage exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful location with an exceptional view. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing which was what we were looking for. It is beautifully decorated. The pictures do not do it justice! Also, Tad with Parker Kaufman went above and beyond in taking good care of us.

Cottage by the sea

My family and I had a great stay. Everything was beautiful from the house to the views. The use of the golf cart made the experience even better! Traveling the island on the golf cart was a great experience for our daughter (16) and her best friend (17). The island is safe and everyone is very friendly. I would 100% recommend this property.

Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay! You can beat the ocean view from every room!The property was perfect for our trip with adult children--everyone had their own rooms with ocean views! We spent a lot of time in the evenings on the upper deck! The house was super clean, which is always appreciated. Location was nice. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for eating in, which is always nice! I was a little disappointed in the lack of necessities that were provided--one small shampoo (no conditioner), one little round soap bar, one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one roll of paper towels...I was also disappointed that we were unable to hang out at the beach during the day because of the tide was all the way to the rocks, leaving no beach. We had to load up and go to the public park for beach access. It's definitely "oceanfront" but not "beachfront."When I booked, I sacrificed renting a place with a screened-in porch for access to the bikes and golf cart, which were nice to have and we got a lot of use from them.

Good family stay

This ended up being perfect for our family of 4. We had to rent some infant/toddler stuff but it was easy to get that delivered and picked up. Condo size was perfect. Being beachfront was great, especially on the upstairs balcony. And the pool was really good for young kids. Would recommend.

We LOVED this property. The views were wonderful. Juliana @Parker Kaufman was great and always available for questions . Place was clean, spacious and minutes away from the beach.. minutes away by bike to Driftwood Beach. Our only complaint was the electric golf cart. The battery lost charge so fast. We didn't really get to enjoy it because of that. But, we will definitely be back!!

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The neighborhood and neighbors were nice. Love the bike/walking path being so close. The house is laid out well with each bedroom having its own bath. The kitchen was well stocked. The porches a delight with exceptional views. The main drawback is there is no direct access to the beach from the house or neighborhood. You have to drive about 1 mile to get to an actual beach where you can set up an umbrella and chairs. However, once on the beach it's just beautiful!

Our stay

We had a great time with a couple of issues. The front door lock stopped working, so someone had to stay at the house because the door couldn't be locked or unlocked with the keypad. It wasn't resolved while we were there, but a key was given. This still was an inconvenience as, with several adults and 2 children, we couldn't go separate ways because there was only 1 key. Someone had to be at the place, or close by, at all times. Also, the hot water in the master bath did not work properly. In taking a shower it took a while to heat up, and then quickly turned cool again. Had to take cold showers. As grandparents, we made sure our children and grandchildren had a wonderful time, but i feel that we missed out on some of the fun because of the keypad issue. It is a beautiful place in a beautiful setting.

Family Vacation

The property layout was great for multiple families. The day bed room had a sliding barn door, which made that a good extra room for kids. On first view the property was surface cleaned well, but the air vents were very dusty leading to allergies and asthma issues for our guests. The community clubhouse and gym were very dusty- the gym was so dusty you could see a film of dust on the mirror in the room and dust bunnies on the floor. Amazing views and outdoor space. Short walk to pool and the beach access is steps away. Convenient to all Jekyll Island has to offer either by golf cart, bike or car ride. The community is well groomed. Everyone we encountered was kind. Perfect place for a quiet, slow paced vacation.

Great Place to Stay

Enjoyed the location of this cottage! Really liked the laundry on the main floor. The first floor porch being open and covered was amazing. The upstairs porch had nice furniture. Enjoyed having a grill and especially the use of the golf cart. That was really fun to run around the island.

Wonderful Labor Day Weekend vacation!!

Four generations of family had plenty of room to relax in this cottage! Love the view, nearness to the beach and swimming pool, a golf cart and friendly neighbors!

Wonderful Beach Getaway!

We rented this property for the week of Thanksgiving. We showed up and walked right in to our beautiful, clean condo. We had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy our stay. The location is perfect as we were close to Driftwood Beach and The Jekyll Island Club was just a short golf card drive. We were able to get some help when needed from the management company. They were quick to respond and solve our issue. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful, comfortable and best view right on beach

We enjoyed our stay. We brought sanitizer wipes and trash bags, dishwasher pods, and shampoo. What we didn’t have at this stay was liquid dish soap and dish cleaning cloth or a sponge. There was one drying towel in the kitchen. Also, in the master bathroom there was no bar soap and One sink was clogged when we arrived. We told the office of the problem and I’m sure they will work on. They were painting a garage door accent just before we left. We had a good trip.

Beautiful property

This property has a great location and it is practically new. We really enjoyed our stay overall. Was great for a very low key, socially distanced vacation! BUT bring bug spray or do not plan to walk the beach at night or sit outside.

Construction zone

I carefully chose this property more than six months ago with family traveling at great distances. We arrive to find that we are in a construction zone with tractors and dump trucks beeping and running directly behind the condo on the beach all day long. I feel that I spent a lot of money on this rental. Ripped off and very disappointed.
