They welcomed us with print out in English with all the hotel information. There’s a great Jeju black pork restaurant next door and it’s super easy to walk to the beach from the hotel. "I was in Jeju with my wife for one week, we spent 3 nights at lotte city hotel and the rest here, at kai Hotel. I can personally say that cleanliness was better (much better) in kai hotel than lotte, the rooms were really quiet and you will have a great sleep, the beach is only 2 minutes walking distance. The only problem was that the pool was closed :( but it was due weather problems. I totally recommend this place !"

"남자친구들로 총3명이 여행을 하다보니 숙소잡기가 애매했는데 4인 1실의 방(2층침대 2개)을 예약할수 있어서 좋았고 사장님도 친절하고 시설도 깨끗했으며 간단한 조식을 먹을수 있어 좋았음 그리고 참고로 숙소에서 일몰을 감상할수도 있음 "
