"Didn't like that it wasn't 11 o'clock and they thought we left and they went open the door and my daughter was in the room still it was around 9am check out its at 11am"

"The staff was amazing I would say the breakfast is not good at all the pool is tiny which is okay but when people come in with a lot of kids it's gives you know you can't even use it property just smells funny in the elevator takes so long you could have made it up the stairs by the time the elevator comes to you other than that I had a great time."

"This property was being renovated during our stay, but it was not an issue. The only negative was that the staff seemed unprepared for the number of people at breakfast, which left guests waiting 10-15 minutes for eggs and sausage links."

"We were definitely prepared for an older hotel experience but it seems more rundown than we expected, some maintenance overall making sure everything works like the pool & major upgrades on the rooms would go a long way to really making this a more exciting experience to stay at a Route 66 memorabilia venue. "Common areas are more than 3 stars standard but the tub and furnishings are quite bad, particularly on the room that I stayed. Dryer doesn’t work and the tub was icky so couldn’t take a bath after a very tiring day!"
