"Guy at the front desk was rude. The room looked like an escape room, pretty terrifying or like a crime scene. Filthy bathrooms, filthy bedding with burn holes. Dangerous area with crack heads on the corner asking for money as your are trying to check in."

"Paid for an upgraded suite only to be told at check in - the room had never been cleaned and we were downgraded to a small room with only 2 beds for 3 adults. At first, we were offered a room with one king bed, so at least grateful for the second option. We were still charged the upgraded price and told to speak with a manager in the morning. Upon arrival to our room, our door clearly had evidence of being tampered with as shown in picture. Only to enter and find No blankets and some weird...

"Breakfast normally has one of the best offerings of a hotel breakfast, but this trip the hot breakfast had mostly empty bowls showing signs of lack of attention by staff.
After fresh food was delivered, it looked like a pack of wild animals attacking prey.
Would atay again but have back up breakfast plans"

"No refrigerator in room. You must go on a list for a refrigerator. When enough people check out you can have one of their refrigerators. It’s a terribly old hotel, the furnishings are old, the equipment old and noisy. Not what you would expect from a Hilton property."

"I loved my stay at Drury. We were so close to the Arche, walked out the front door, turned right, turned right again, and walked straight at the Arch.
It was such a nice treat to have breakfast and afternoon food provided for free. And let me tell you the people who run the food portion, cleaning tables, making food, providing drinks were AMAZING. My only wish was that the table staff had a place to drop a tip, I would have tipped BIG, those woman were so incredibly sweet, they deserve a Huge...
